I have to agree with the last reviewer. The beveled edges were too sharp, especially at the inside corners where the pieces lock together. I used a diamond grit knife sharpener to knock the corners down and round everything off more smoothly. I'm looking through my tools for something to give the inside diameter a kinder radius as well. It tends to bruise if worn too long. Definitely be careful with the magnets; I slipped taking the 30MM off and it drew blood. Finally, the dimensions are wrong: I own both and one is 40MM tall and the other is 30MM tall; both have an inside diameter of about 35MM.

Good buy but be carefull when applying

First time I tried this item the magnets snapped it shut trapping my scrotal skin, ouch. I then wrapped a piece of thin cardboard around my scrotum and applied the device over this then removed the cardboard. Perfect fit.Not too tight not too loose. No photo for obvious reasons. I ordered a 40mm but the internal diameter was actually 34mm.

Product interior dimensions are not accurate, listed as 40mm but interior is 35mm. Notified seller and they indicated they would re-send and second one still has 35mm interior diameter.

sharp edges, uncomfortable, and if you not fully in ...the magnetic are strong enough, that they get away from you and snap shut before you ready (PAINFULLY)
