My two year old grandson really like this toy

Cute toy!

Very cute toy! My two year old got this for Christmas. He doesn't really play with it the way you're supposed to unless I instruct him to and show him where to put the pegs, which he can do. But he likes numbers and he likes to look at each peg and say whatever number is on it. We will also play a game where I ask him to "show me a red one" "show me a purple one" and he will pick up a peg of whichever color I say. So for us, it's working out more for reinforcing numbers and colors than it is for motor skills currently.

Great game for little ones

I love this toy. I also have the hedge hog from Learning Resources. I think they’re both fantastic. Unfortunately, I received two number 1 pieces and I’m missing either the 6 or 9 (can’t remember at the moment which number). This is disappointing because now I can’t use these to teach counting or numbers since I am missing a critical middle number (there are ten pieces). I can still use it to teach colors and requesting objects, but I’m a little frustrated that I received two number 1 pieces. Other than that, I highly recommend this toy.

Great educational toy

I am very happy with this purchase. It is a great little educational toy for my toddler. I sit with him and review the colors, emphasize putting the spikes all the way in, and putting the spikes away (there is a storage space in the Dino). The only thing is that the orange #2 spike was missing although the spikes were securely taped in a bag and the dino and box looked new. I emailed the manufacturer directly, but they are not sending out replacement parts at this time due to their office being closed because of Covid. Bummer.

Daughter Loves It

Bought this as an impulse add on Christmas present while scrolling through Amazon. When we first opened the package I was disappointed because it seemed like it would be too basic for my daughter to enjoy. To my surprise this has been her FAVORITE toy out of all of the Christmas gifts she received this year. She calls him “Dino” and carries him around for most of the day hugging him. And she keeps herself occupied for a while putting the plates in his back slots and then moving them into his storage compartment. (She has no difficulty pulling the plates in and out of the slots for play.) We are very happy with this purchase.

Cute toy

I bought this toy because my son's therapist brought it and he enjoyed it. Opened it up yesterday (Christmas) and it was missing the 2 blue scales...much to my annoyance.

So cute and fun

I bought this for my boys after our dogs got ahold of the porcupine one and broke all the spikes. My boys love dinosaurs and I love that there’s an easy spot to store the spikes when done

Sons birthday

Got this for my two year old birthday. He loves dinosaurs. He has played with it a ton but the spikes arent as sturdy as i expected. Overall still cute just wish the spikes were a bit stronger for toddler hands

Bright colors

Really nice size and color. But the part are really hard to put in the dinosaure.

Fun for 18 month old

Toddler loves putting pieces in the built in storage compartment for now. We are working towards putting the "spikes" on steggy. It is a nice toy.

Very cute toy and great for fine motor skills , my son loves taking the spikes out and putting them back in . Was glad I got it for a decent price .
