The rolling casters do not roll well on wood floors, carpet or even a desk mat. The chair is comfortable but the casters are not good. Do not roll well. Tried the casters on another chair and the same problem. Due to the caster issue I would not buy this chair again or recommend.

PURE JUNK

TRIED TO GET A FEW CHAIRS FOR THE OFFICE. WHEELS BROKE OFF ON THE FIRST DAY . SENT A REPLACMENT AND THE TWO CHAIRS BOTH ARE NOW IN THE STORAGE ROOM IN A STATE OF DISREPAIR. WHEELS CONTINUOUSLY BROKE AND ARMS FELL OFF DUE TO STRIPPED AND MIS ALLIGNED SCREW HOLES. DOMT WATE YOUR MONEY

THIS CHAIR SUCKS!!!

Spend your money elsewhere this chair is a Waste of money. The biggest problem is when putting it together the base of the chair look like it had been welded together with car batteries and one of the legs broke at the terrible weld within a month. Another important point is the wheels putting any weight on them they lock up and bend really bad and when u lean back the wheels bend to the point where they look like they want to snap and let the chair come OFF THE GROUND because it so horribly designed it wants to drop you on your back. THIS CHAIR SUCKS

Looks can be deceiving- Poor Quality

Was looking for an office type chair for my 82yr old mother who currently has one, but is getting warn out from sitting and watching TV all day. Saw this chair and it appeared to be nice for the money. Inspected the parts when received, not to high of quality. Once assembled, the back was skewed from the seat. You can tell against the clock in the photo. The arms were actually not the same height. The funny thing is the left one (right in picture) was lower than the other, which should've been higher with the back being skewed. Amazon was great getting it to me in (2) days, but I would not recommend this item unless you were just looking for a cheap chair.

Base "arms" (holding the casters) are uneven.

Upon successful assembly of chair, sitting in it is like sitting on an incline. If I turn the base a little bit, then it feels okay, but the next time I sit in it, it the "arms" aren't positioned just right, I am leaning either to the left or right depending on which arm is low and which one is high. Another thing wrong is that the castor's do not fit snugly in base arms. They wiggle too much and makes it difficult for the chair to roll around on the floor! Not very good craftsmanship!!!
