Horrible instructions

They put every size screw in the same bag with the worst instructions ever!! No pre-made holes in the fabric.. we had to feel around and make our own. Terrible

Was a great gift and easy for my son to assemble. Very comfortable and perfect for my gaming teenager.

It’s okay

It’s not the worst, but I expected much higher quality for the price I paid. The chair is really wobbly. Like the seat part just sits on top of the pump that adjusts your height and there is no way to make it more secure. So if you lean one way to the side you feel like you’re going to fall over almost (but it doesn’t). The back rest pillow can’t be used. It’s impossibly stiff, no human can sit like that. The leather had several scratches all over it. I would have thought it was used. Nope! Honestly wished I would have kept looking. Probably find a better more comfortable chair for cheaper. Not worth the price.

Not so sturdy

The only thing I disliked was that I had to pick up my package from the postal office. The mail person would not deliver to my apartment home. The chair is decent for the price. Its not so sturdy and the instructions were not very well instructed.

It's a good chair but the base broke already

Love the chair it's a great chair but my daughter broke the base already......

Not comfortable and not sturdy. At all.

First thing I noticed was that the seat felt like I was sitting on plywood. I always had to stack 2 pillows in the seat to even sit to game for longer than an hour. Then just last night I sat in it and one of the critical metal parts under the chair that held the levers to the seat broke and almost dumped me backwards. Split the metal straight in two sideways. Search around. Spend the extra on a decent chair. I tried to cut corners with this chair and now I have a Razer Iskur X on the way. So what should've been a one and done with the Razer for $340 turned into a $500 nightmare. Even if you can find one for maybe $250ish it would probably be a better buy than this. You really do get what you pay for with PC related things

Horrible Quality

This chair is horrible quality. In a little over a month, the back of the chair and also the mechanism to raise the chair has broken. My last chair lasted over 3 years. Money down the drain.

Already falling apart

We've had to tighten all screws several times and within days it's already about to fall apart. Definitely am not happy
