Must have for photo lovers
I've wanted one of these for a long time & as an early discoverer of Zink technology through the Kodak instant print camera that I always kept in my car, I knew that this was the way to go to save bucko bucks all while having the convenience of being able to print a picture you took seconds before anywhere you go. I did my research, since there are several of these instant printers available (Canon Ivy, Polaroid Zip, Lifeprint, HP Sprocket) & ultimately chose this one because it was the cheapest one I could find brand new on Amazon. It came with 5 sheets for me to be able to print out photos right away. Since you don't have to pay for ink and the only cost is the photo paper, at retail value this is still an amazing deal. Amazon sells a brand new pack of photo paper of 50 for around $25, effectively coming out to $0.50 a picture. I decided to take a chance and because the Zink photo paper says it can be used in any of the photo printers that use Zink technology, I figured that I could buy photo paper made for the Lifeprint printer and use it in my Kodak STEP. Fortunately, I was right. I found a package of 110 for $18 on Poshmark, and after a few error messages saying I was using the wrong paper, I restarted the printer & the Kodak went right to work, diligently printing photo after photo without issue. I absolutely LOVE the fact that the back is sticky too! Since i am primarily going to be printing photos for scrapbooking, this printer suits me perfectly. I highly recommend it!

Great buy new Christmas gift I’m giving out this year
Love love love it prints great didn’t know they can become stickers even better had to order the film separately but it come with 5 to try up smaller than I thought very potable taking with me everywhere I go now

Disappointed
I’ve had this for a couple months now. First couple times a printed a few pictures and it worked well. Then life happened and I stored it up in its original box for over a month. Couple weeks ago I get it and recharge it. When I try to print pictures they come out wonky. Only have the picture prints, leaving one side of the photo blank and/or there are lines across the picture. I went to the Kodak sight and followed their advise on how to correct these issues and still doesn’t work properly. Now I’m just dissatisfied and disappointed…

Super justo lonque describe, estaba buscando una impresora de estas para tener mis mejores recuerdos en físico porque tenía una instax cámara y se me daño y salía mejor comprar una nueva que repararla pero no quería volver a hacer el mismo gasto, esta impresora es mucho más económica que la de esa marca y así puedes escoger cualquier foto que tengas en tu galería e imprimirla

Easy to set up. Good picture quality for the price.
Honestly I'm surprised how much I like this thing. Essentially it turns any smart phone into a Polaroid camera. It's tiny and very portable, it's s been a great addition to my scrapbooking, and it's probably the least expensive photo printer out there. The picture quality is really good for the spend. I'm not disappointed.

Per mia scelta personale, al fine di dare una valutazione più completa e corretta, iL prodotto è valutato nel suo complesso: Materiale, resistenza, e prezzo. Nella valutazione tutte le voci hanno "uno specifico peso": ciò potrebbe far risultare a volte la recensione "fuori dal coro" rispetto a chi valuta i prodotti, per esempio, solo per la marca Prodotto sicuramente molto divertente, una stampate compatta, permette di stampare immediatamente i ricordi che scattiamo con la possibilità di regalare lo scatto o tenerlo per noi, la stampa delle immagini è buona ma non del tutto ottima, il materiale è plastica sembra resistente ma non so, se una caduta rovinosa possa compromettere l’apparecchio, comunque si può sottoscrivere una assicurazione ad un prezzo davvero modico 6€ circa, sono un patito del Hi-tech e trovo che il prezzo sia eccessivo e che si paghi il semplice fatto che sopra ci sia scritto kodak, è vero che viene offerta una app in cui è possibile modificare le foto con simpatiche vignette, ma resto dubbioso sul fatto che potrebbe costare un 25/30€ in meno se non fosse de marchio kodak, credo quindi che con un attenta ricerca si possa trovare un prodotto equivalente risparmiando qualcosa Grazie per aver letto la mia recensione

Do not buy this printer if from this company
The printer originally worked fine with good printing quality but a couple of months later the quality severely dropped and Kodak said they would replace it due to the 2 year warranty, a week past and they still hadn’t done anything so amazon then sent me a new one. I then had more issues with the quality of my new printer so contacted Kodak which was no help as they ignored my issue with the printing quality (the edges where blurry all around, the tops and bottoms of the pictures had white lines and they photos had coloured orange and blue tints over them) and told me to print a smaller photo to get a clearer image, completely ignoring my issue. Terrible company to buy from.

Great until..
The printer was great until after printing 80 pages. The printer started to jam. When it eventually got working again, the print quality was so bad, lines through the picture. Picture not as detailed as before. The other con I notice, is when the battery gets to roughly 15%, the printer refuses to print. Had to keep the printer plugged in everytime I was using it. Cause the battery goes down pretty quickly and also the kodak app not the best and needs improvement. Put off from getting kodak printers after this experience. Had to return this printer and very lucky I was still within the return period when the issues started.

Reaaly bad quality

Compact and lightweight.
Not sure about it yet, still learning about it. It seems to print darker than the photos on my phone. It wasn't as easy as I expected to set it up. But once I scanned the QR code and downloaded the app (which you then need to register/create an account with before you can start using your printer) it was ready to go. It took a few attempts to print (I had to re-insert the paper), but printed well. I'm hoping that with time and experience, I'll figure out how to print the pictures to the same brightness as the ones on my phone. All in all, it's quite nifty. Thanks.
