Excellent budget Pressure Washer.

I purchased this as a replacement to my sunjoe washer that crapped out.1st I like that it doesn’t have proprietary fittings like my sunjoe did. 2nd it’s small , lightweight and the basket attached for storage , makes putting it away a breeze once I’m done with it. I like the foot pedal on and off switch and the fact that the inlet and outlets for the garden hose and pressure washer hose are not on the same side. So no worries about tangling hoses together. In terms of accessories it comes with a 20 ft hose , the gun and wand , a turbo nozzle & a 15 degree nozzle tip , and a 25 ft power cord with gfci protection. I don’t use the soap dispenser at all. In terms of light to medium duty work , I have used it clean everything from my charcoal grill, a rug , my fencing , and walkways and driveway, and of course my use for my car.The measurements in terms of PSI, and gpm are fairly accurate and it does a great job in terms of the uses I mentioned earlier. It has a 3 year warranty which is excellent . My only downsides are the same as with most pressure washers, the included hose sucks , it’s too short and kinks & coils a lot , I purchased a 50 ft Uberflex hose to remedy that. It comes with a soap nozzle , a turbo nozzle and a 15 degree nozzle , I highly recommend getting a proper set of nozzles with different degrees of spray, I have a set of 2.5 orifice nozzles with different spray patterns , and 3.0 orifice nozzles which help to increase my gpm slightly. Also I use a different wand then what it comes with , a shorter spray gun so I can have more control of my sprayer , and a different wand attachment , the included accessories are ok to begin with , but I highly recommend purchasing different accessories then what it comes with.oh and get some quick disconnects , they make attaching and detaching hoses and equipment so much faster and more convenient. Excellent purchase overall.

Works as advertised and seems like solid reliability

A month ago I had a Karcher pressure washer that was the previous, previous version of this model fail on me. I have had it for 13 years. It was impressive how long certain things last and when it finally died I decided to look around but bought another Karcher because of the longevity of my last purchase. This new model definitely addressed some issues of the past model. No longer will you need the finger strength of a rock climber to put together the nozzle and attach it to the chassis. Assembly was speedy. Power was good and gone is that "pencil" tip that had good pressure but took forever to clean a large surface area. In short, I highly recommend this washer and based on my prior experience, I expect another 13 years of reliable service for this product.

nice cheap pressure washer

This is my first foray into pressure washers. I watched a bunch of videos on Youtube and this seemed like a nice, cheap starting point. I paid around $105 and it seems to be worth if after initial use. Setup was easy- but i found the connection to my water source was difficult to tighten completely and therefore leaked A LOT. So far it is my only complaint. The unit is loud, as one would expect for such a cheap unit. It was pretty easy to use for a first timer. Overall, for the price it is a good value. I just need to figure out what accessories I'd like to add (foam cannon, etc).

Great little machine

This thing is great. I replaced the hose and handle with a flex hose and short handle. Added a few quick connects. It's so much easier to clean the cars. My 4200 gas is too much work and mess for little jobs. It was missing a few pieces and Amazon gave a small refund to get the rubber grommets. Very nice machine but the attention to detail or final inspection of the product needs to be better. Now if I can get the rubber grommets the spray nossiles won't get lost. Great machine otherwise.

Rookie in training

Set up was easy enough, fought with the quick connect lance a bit. Build seems ok for China not Germany. The hose connection to washer from the faucet is not so good. Tried a quick connect as solution but no Teflon tape, that leaked everywhere. So irritating. Bought a new hose and will try to solve this or it’s going back.

Works well with some exceptional features

Let's face it, all power washers are going to be somewhat unwieldy as they have to be connected to a hose and if they're electric, then also a power supply. However as far as portability goes, this power washer is lighter and more convenient than most and also has some great storage features built into it. However, without a doubt, the best and most unique feature of this power washer is that Wendy power pedal is turned to on, it only comes on during spring, and turns itself off when you're not spraying. I can't stress how much I love this feature. As far as its ability to clean, I think it's probably the same as any power washer with a similar psi. If you get it for the correct jobs, it'll do just fine.

Do not purchase this product!

The media could not be loaded. So greatly disappointed with the product and with the brand. I have bought the pressure washer as present to hubby for father's day. It worked only one season (he used it no more than three times). The second season we took it out it was leaking from everywhere. I had bought warranty too! Contacted Kärcher's customer service to be told they don't cover the issue we are experiencing and we have to purchase the faulty parts ourselves. One would think, Kärcher was a brand that cared for their customers and the experience we have with their products... I can confirm this was not the case. So greatly disappointed with the machine, with the brand and with the service.

Best Pressure Washer for Car washing

After having 2 pressure washers break before this (Simoniz) the Karcher K1700 is an amazing price. The quality of the machine is incomparable to any other pressure washer in its price because the PSI and GPM are accurate where other companies (Sunjoe) will rate their pressure washers at 2030 PSI / 1.7 GPM but when tested is only about 1450 PSI and 1.2 GPM. The only cons about the unit is that the hose coils up a lot and the wand is heavy as well as uncomfortable. Overall this is the best pressure washer for car washing, however if you plan to clean pavement/decks etc I highly recommend spending a few hundred more on a gas pressure washer as it would be MUCH quicker.

Falla y no tiene garantía en México, no se arriesguen con este modelo

Fallo a los 5 meses de uso, solía usarla unicamente para lavar mi auto, dos o tres veces por mes, un día simplemente comenzó a echar humo a los pocos minutos de haber empezado a lavar el auto, no alcance a trabajar ni 10 min con ella, la lleve a Karcher para intentar repararla, esto en la ciudad de Guadalajara Mexico, en tienda me sugirieron comprar una nueva dado que este modelo no es comercial en Mexico y seria muy lento conseguir refacciones. Mi recomendación es que no la compren a menos que karcher de soporte para este modelo de hidrolavadora en su zona

Compact, Works with bucket

The media could not be loaded. Bought this as a compact solution to wash the car. But I don n't have access to a garden hose! All you need is a 5Gal bucket, spigot (ball valve 3/4" npt) and hose and you're good to go. 3ft. Of elevation got me close to 3.5GPM water in, so the washer was happy.

La verdad la mayoría de veces llevo a lavar el carro por lo que la habré usado unas 20 veces nada mas en el año y empiezo a notar qué la extensión de la pistola no entra la tengo que empujar contra el suelo con todas mis fuerzas para que embone, y no esta ni Sucia ni nada, el empaque se ve nuevo todavia no se porque se atora y solo es para embonar porque sale sin problema
