Well made, classic cap - Runs large

The color and fabric are good. The style is smooth and seamless. HOWEVER.... the fit is too large. I take a 7-5/8 or extra large for ALL my hats. This one is loose, comes down over the tops of my ears, and feels like it will blow off in a strong wind. I've ordered the large, and will return one or the other, or both.

Hubby's Fav Hat

My husband has a full head of gorgeous black and silver (more silver) hair. Cute curls. Out of the mirror in 7 mins looking great. Why he has to cover those locks with a hat all the time is beyond me. My hats are for bad hair days. His hats are for all hair days, lol. With the dozens of hats he owns, Kangol are his favorite. He wears it with the Kangoroo in the front. Because it's cool that way, you know. He has a couple of colors and just got the vented style that he didn't think he would care for. Lo and behold, yet another hat he loves that in now part of his arsenal! He has caps and many styles of hats but these are his #1. So, I recommend it for your hat man. They look good on guys younger or older, with and without hair.

Nice looking, neat, close-fitting cap

Nice-looking, neat, close-fitting cap. As a person whose head size measurement is exactly in between the listed small and medium sizes (which seem to be accurate), I played safe and ordered the 'Small' size. As expected, it was slightly too small, but this was remedied by wetting the headband area and leaving the cap stretched overnight over the base of a 18cm saucepan – it's now a perfect fit! It's a shame it has no lining though - I'm aware of the slightly itchy wool against my bald head sometimes. Another thing to be aware of: if the cap gets wet in the rain, the lanolin in the wool smells like manure, though this disappears once the cap dries out naturally.
