The button end has a sticky substance on it and I don't know what it is, and it to come off.

I love the smoothness of the massager, the nice sleek design and the bag to store it or take it with you. I am however not pleased the the button end of the massager has a sticky substance on it and I was unable to get it of no matter how much soap and water I used and even hot water wasn't able to get it off either. The 2 speeds are great and I enjoy the 3 pulse modes. But once again due to the tacky/sticky substance on the button end that is very distracting and because of that it wasn't as pleasurable as I would have liked. No one wants to use the button end and it be sticky with something that you're not sure what it is and that it will not come off.
