Customer service was great

So they came all together. One box stacked up. Honestly they are perfect for what I need them for. One small snag, one of the lids was broken. I emailed the customer service/ support. I wasn't expecting a reply for a few days. Next day there was a response. I got them the information they needed to send me a single lid replacement. No need to send back the broken one or even the whole order. Absolutely love the no nonsense of the whole ordeal.

Perfect for my use

I needed to downsize the storage containers in my garage because I got a bigger car. These look really nice next to the shiny black car. They don’t fit a whole lot in there but I knew that going in. One of them was broken on the bottom when I received it But that’s fine – I store boxes of lightbulbs in them so it doesn’t really matter. It wasn’t worth returning them.

One of the lids was cracked. These are a hard plastic. Small, fits enough for what we needed it for. I would not purchase again.

A little disappointed

I thought this were much bigger but they are not unfortunately i am a little disappointed that one of them came broken in the red side clips and now one of them can not close properly.

Perfect

This is exactly what I needed, dark storage for items that are light sensitive. The kids fit perfectly fine and they are stackable just put the heavier ones on the bottom. Darn decent price also.

Not Great

They stack well. They look good. They overall seem sturdy. Why 2 stars... I pulled them out of the box they were shipped in and wanted to see how they would look on my shelves. Without putting anything in them (while attempting to secure the lid) the red handle fell off. I thought maybe this was a one off and because of the price it would be tolerable…since then 3 more have done the same. Without the red latches They are glossy black storage containers with a lid that won't stay shut. Not great. Be better.

Broken boxes missing box

We received the boxes damaged, just like the pictures posted by other people. Out of the 6 boxes, 1 was completely missing and we only received the lid, 3 boxes were damaged and cracked, and only 2 out of the 6 boxes had no damage on delivery. Not worth the price at all, and we still did not receive the missing box that is owed to us. Update: The rest of the boxes broke after ONE use, the boxes were even taped for extra durability but still broke. The "Durable Lid" completely broke, and none of the boxes are intact after the move.
