Better Fit Than the Adults

These are the only crutches I found on Amazon that ‘fit’ properly, which was surprise considering I’m an adult. At 5’5” I assumed the adult forearm crutches would fit unfortunately they didn’t. The cuff was too high and ended up pinching my ulnar nerve. These crutches where the only pair I found that could accommodate my height AND place the cuff properly. Plus there were a lot lighter. The cons for me was the cuff and handle. The cuff is plastic. I’m expecting it to break hasn’t yet. The other complaint I have is the handle: I’m well below that MAX weight yet when I put full weight on them, the hand holds have a slight movement. Over all the pros out weight the cons and I’m glad I purchased them.

Durable

My son is very active and he breaks his crutches often so it helps to have extras. These are very nice forearm crutches for children. Easy to adjust to height. Cuff doesn't bend or anything. But they are very durable for active children.

Perfect!!

These crutches are perfect for my two year old. She has been using a walker (also from Inspired) and has recently began using forearm crutches at therapy. We decided to get some for at home and have been so incredibly pleased. The price point absolutely cannot be beat and the shipping time was incredible.

Lightweight and perfect for shorter adults

At my 5'1" height, the adult crutches were not comfortable under my arm and shoulder pain was an issue. These forearm crutches are much better and they are quiet. You crutch users know what I mean about the play in the button height adjustment that was noisy. The purple color is fun and the plastic forearm piece is comfortable too. So glad to have these.

USE CAREFULLY ON TILE, VENEER, OR SLIPPERY SURFACES

Crutches worked well without underarm pain, but BEWARE, one slipped on the tile floor, causing me to fall and break my foot in three places!

Be sure the child can balance well.

My husband bought these for a 3 year old who had a broken leg. She was not coordinated enough to use them although they did fit her very well.
