I like that this scarf holder has large holes and you can hang scarves on it and actually easily find them and pull them off but there are rough edges and if you are not careful you can snag the scarves. Better if it was made of plastic rather than metal.

Does the job

This is a nice solid scarf holder, and seems to be 'snag-free' as advertised. It holds a surprising number of scarves - I have 12 on it now, and I think it will hold a few more without too much crowding. I considered getting the one with 18 loops but I was worried the upper loops would be too small. I'm glad now I didn't - having loaded up this one with scarves, I don't think the larger one would work for the way I have the scarves attached. (I've pulled the ends through so the scarves are looped over the circles rather than just drawing them through - I did this so the scarves wouldn't slip off. The placement of the loops on the larger version would make it impossible to do that. If you want to just leave the scarves hanging loosely the 18 hole holder may work well for you.)

Bigger is not, necessarily, better in scarf holders.

IKEA sells a 9 (or 12? 16?) hole crochet-covered scarf holder much like this, only longer - for under $8.00. The problem is, the scarves hang over the top of one another, so if you have that many scarves, and you hang them all together, you can't see what you;ve got. They're covering one another and get quite bulky in the closet. I would say keep a few together with a smaller hanger, like this one. Maybe a few in your bedroom and another few in the coat closet. That way you can keep track of what your options are when you dress. They won't be burried under one another.

InterDesign Scarf Holder

I tried making one of these a few years ago with tape and shower curtain rings, and it just fell apart. I found this scarf holder on Amazon and it is just perfect. It is made of heavy steel, has holes to hang (8) scarves but I was able to get several more on it as some of the holes are quite large. It just hangs on to your closet rack, keeps the items from getting tangled and provides for more closet space. I am very glad I purchased from this seller and will purchase from them again!

Useful Holder

All my scarves of varying sizes fit great on here. There are no rough or jagged spots to catch my more delicate scarves on. It is a simple design that fits well in my closet and looks nice. I also like the wider hook as it makes the holder stand straight in the closet. I wouldn't mind a few more holes as I'm running out of space. I might have to either buy another holder or curb my scarf addiction. The price was reasonable and I would say it was certainly worth it. It definitely beats draping them all over my bedroom.

An ingenius idea and very efficient organizer!

Love whoever came up with this. Great for minimizers and dorm closets. If you love organizing stuff, this is a perfect fit for you. Love the metallic, smooth finish of the product, pretty light-weight too and medium in size, can't wait to use it. They should make something like this for gloves & mittens and beanies.

Does the job

It’s a little awkward to see all your scarves since they’re layered but it does the job. Haven’t had anything snag. I use a hitch knot to secure them better and to help layer them.
