Plastic, More Like A Kid Playing Dress Up

I had high expectations for this cute little hat based on the photo. My mother in law passed away unexpectedly and I wanted this to wear a nice fascinator to pay my respects. I guess considering the price point I should have known not to expect much, but I certainly thought it would be better than this. I will make it work but only because I’m so fly.
