Charcoal may be counter intuitive but it tastes refreshingly minty and is a good alternative.

Whitens teeth!
My husband has been using this product every once in a while for a month now and I’ve noticed his teeth are visibly whiter! ???? The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because my husband said it tastes like chalk mixed with mint (which is to be expected since it’s a charcoal mouthwash).

Great product, but poor labeling.
Great taste, so-so value, but the idea of rinsing with charcoal was what sold me on this product. I have known about the many medicinal values of using charcoal and could not wait to try it. I have been using Hello toothpaste for maybe 2 years and became aware of the mouthwash last year and I am satisfied with both. I think they are both a bit on the pricey side, but overall I like them both. The two downsides are that the expiration date is embossed on the bottle in very, very small lettering (as is the recycle symbol), on the back, at the very bottom of the bottle, and the bottle is black. The color of the bottle and the size of the lettering make them almost impossible to see. I had difficulty seeing them with a magnifying glass. I could not find the expiration date and called the (800) number on the label. I spoke with a representative who gave my number to one of the manufacturing reps, who called me back. I was quite impressed. I told her I would like to see both the expiration date and the recycling symbol larger, for those of us who are visually impaired. She said, she would pass my concerns along to the marketing 'powers that be.' I find more and more labels with small print (instruction manuals, user guides, those labels on appliances and equipment, and etc.). It makes me wonder if the people who are in charge of making the decision related to font size only think about the young, and well-sighted customers. They should know, visually impaired people, seniors, and others buy their products and they need to consider all consumers.

The only mouthwash I'll ever buy from now on
I used to buy the Therafresh at Target but have since switched over to this mouthwash. And that's saying a lot cause I found the Therafresh effective and was an avid fan. I don't have any dental issues. This one is more affordable and has two selling points: it does taste so phenomenal/ best tasting mouthwash that I almost miss it. And the charcoal is a smart feature. I used charcoal everything for my dental products because it is actually good at whitening on a daily basis (not like the Snow system which I use for actual whitening). You really can't beat the price of this 3 pack. It's amazing!

Makes my teeth feel ultra sleek!
Something about using this mouthwash makes my teeth feel extra clean :) Flavor is also great and does not burn like a lot of mouthwashes!

Not long lasting
Meh. I 'think' it helps whiten teeth a bit. Taste is fine. Not hot, or bitter. Just pleasant. However, the bad breath comes back as soon as the flavor in your mouth goes away. (According to my better half) Personally, I probably won't purchase again.

Hello charcoal mouthwash
Hello toothpaste and mouthwash are the only things I use. I had an impacted wisdom tooth that was removed, but it infected my gum and made it really red. My dentist suggested using Hello To make sure I keep plaque and gingivitis at day, so I don’t end up with periodontal problems. It works so well. I simply love it. It’s freshens breath and lives in mouth feeling so clean

Love it
My favorite product this company makes by far. I like to smoke cigars, but also like to have a fresh clean breath for my wife. This stuff works wonderfully. Not to mention my teeth are fairly white despite smoking cigars and drinking diet cokes every day. I love the toothpaste to, works great together. I have several friends who love it, and a couple who dont. The ones who dont, just dont like the flavor of it.

long-lasting
Love the taste and feel of this mouthwash, and the fact is very natural. However, it doesn't have that cutting edge some good mouthwashes and its effects does not last any longer than a few hours, so I am disappointed compared to rinses that lasts at least 12 hours.
