It's a little flimsy but with just the right amount of pressure it works great

Durability

This product has a much durable, secure handle compared to one I purchased before. Now I use to sweep across my laminate floors which it’s great for getting dust at the edge, corners & under fortitude. This extends up to the 30inches but I find it could be a tad bit longer. I’m only 5’2 and have to sweep somewhat bent over. This is the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating. Price is amazing!

Grabs hair well

This is a great tool to pick up dog hair, but the pole doesn't stay locked well so it spins or collapses and makes it difficult to use on carpeted floor. When the end is removed for smaller/higher surfaces it's great, such as for stairs & sofas, but I don't want to bend or crawl on the floor so I wish the pole/lock were sturdier. Also, I wish it had a scoop or something for the pile you end up with when you're done.

Flimsy handle

While I wanted to love this rake (I have the sweeper) the extendable handle won't stay fixed in position if I try to do any vigorous raking. The handle spins loose and then I have to stop and re-extend it... over and over and over. I would love to attach this head to a 'standard' mop handle, but the attachment is too small for that.

Love the concept, however, sturdiness is a big problem.

The concept for this broom is amazing. Dog hair rarely sticks to this. On furniture, it picks hair up easily. The problem with this broom is the handle. The handle is flimsy at best. It is meant to be an adjustable handle. Once you put any amount of pressure on the handle, it will twist and adjust itself to its storage size. I am constantly having to readjust the handle to keep it at full height. I also feel the handle is too short. The handle itself is about 6 inches shorter than an average broom. I would not recommend this broom.

Does a great job gathering the pet hair off carpet.

The handle isn’t sturdy on carpet, but is great on tile and wood floors. It would help if the handle could extend to a longer length. Overall it works well.

Not at all what I was hoping for

I ordered this FURemover Sweeper Pet Hair Remover, Gray and was so excited. I hate cleaning my regular broom and thought this would work better. Even though Pet is in the name and I don’t have any pets, the reviews I had read had plenty of people order it without pets. It was ridiculously easy to assemble and very lightweight. However, it is not sturdy. I could probably tape a piece of rubber to the bottom of a stick, and it would work the same. It’s not sturdy and way too short. I know I am taller, but you would think that there were be levels and it could be adjustable. So I guess it’s back to the regular broom.
