Liked this because it has the lid.

Was perfect size for bringing a salad or dessert for a party. The lid fits nicely which most lids I find do not. Nice for keeping any leftover fresh.

Practical and Pretty

Long wanted a trifle bowl with pedestal. Went looking (again) because I want to make layered Jello for Easter. But when saw this I realized it would work great for layered Jello AND will fit MUCH more easily in refrigerator (or for carrying to potluck oe picnic) AND has a tight plastic lid. Win Win Win. Just got it, so I haven't used it, but it's the expected Anchor Hocking quality. I expect it's a bit sturdier than a pedestal trifle bowl would be. Thanks, AH! PS. As I measured, full to the tippy-top this holds just short of 13 cups.

Perfect trifle bowl

I had been looking for a good trifle bowl for a while. I love that this bowl comes with a lid and can be used for lots of different things. Wayore practical than the ones with stands.

Love this trifle bowl

This bowl is the perfect size for a trifle and the lid is an added bonus. I was tired of my pedestal trifle bowl - it was a pain to transport because of the worry it would fall over in the car. This bowl has no pedestal and is very sturdy, plus it’s easier to fit in the dishwasher!

Larger than it seems

This looked really small when I took it out of the box. It holds a recipe that normally would have filled a 9X13 pan. So it depends on what you are after. The attached photo is of a 16-serving Oreo dirt dessert that usually goes in a 9X13 pan.

A little smaller than expected

I just got this today, and I was hoping to use it for larger recipes, but I’m not sure it has that kind of capacity. Still, for layered salads and desserts, it’s perfect. It’s a size that you don’t often get in a single bowl with a lid - not too big and not too small - so I know it will get a lot of use in my kitchen. Plus, it’s well made with a nice tight-fitting lid. I’m glad I have it and definitely recommend it.

Fantastic item, fantastic service!

My trifle bowl arrived today ahead of schedule. It is wonderfully solid, perfect for what I want. I was fretting about having it in time for the holidays- but no fear, the delivery was speedy!

Nice thick sturdy glass bowl. I love the lid provided. I got this to make desserts like a trifle. It’s a perfect size for this. Plus it has the versatility to be used for anything from salads to fruit salads to a general serving dish for many items.
