This is wonderful! Love it!

I’m a pastry chef and don’t generally cut myself with my knives, but geez, those metal food scrapers have left some painful cuts and scars over time. I love this thing! It gets the job done without a ridiculously sharp edge. Just what I wanted!

Just get it. Its exactly what it says, a nice scraper. It also doubles as a tiny cutting board, which is perfect for that lil lime you need to cut to add to your pacifico. The possibilities are endless

Great scraper

I love Epicurean products so I was not disappointed with this scraper. It's great for scooping up chopped veggies and dividing dough. I use it so much that I leave it right on my counter propped up by my cutting board. It's also really easy to clean.

These are the BEST bench scrapers available. Don't scratch work surfaces, but provide a flat clean surface for moving flour and dough.

A Must Have for any Serious Cook.

I bought one of these 4 years ago. I use it so much that I wanted a second one. Great for getting every bit off the cutting board. Attractive, well made, with a material that feels good in the hand.
