It works!

I only took off one star because the seams dig into your skin and cause discomfort, especially the one right on the chin which just seems to be due to careless design. It does work, and the discomfort is mild enough that I’m able to sleep through the night. I have sleep apnea, and this helps tremendously.

Fits well and spo glad it doesn't press on my ears

Cons: - Not keen on the seam at the chin. - Ordered pink but received black Pros: - Fits very well -"Easy to put on and take off - Did the job of keeping my mouth closed - Perforated pattern keeps it from being too warm - Stayed in place all night, didn't slip and slide like other chin straps

Three of Four Perfect Nights

I've used this chin strap for four nights, with three of them scoring 100 points on my ResMed data counter. I bought them for the ear holes, which work just as desired. Since I regularly listen to podcasts after awakening any time after 3:00 AM, I habitually listen to podcast for at least two hours a night. The previous head strap covered my ears, and the pressure from it made the Ear Pods uncomfortable. No pressure, no pain! In addition, the cupped chin holder keeps my mouth from opening during the night. Two benefits: I don't get dry mouth any more & my wife doesn't have to hear my noises or tell me to close my mouth, neither of which worked. Another benefit: I think I'm sleeping less during the day. One concern: that the Velcro straps will get filled with muck and hold less well over time. At the price, I don't think that will be a significant issue, but I may want to buy another to have one in reserve.

This Chin Strap is the best that I have used.

I really suffer from dry mouth. At first I thought it was medication related, then I figured out that my mouth opened at night. I wear a C-Pap. I became concerned about about my dental health, since dry mouth can cause cavities. I tried this chin strap and it works. Since I started wearing it, I do not have a dry mouth anymore. This chin strap is soft and easy to use, comfortable.

Nice product, but incompatible with my CPAP

My pulmonologist recommended that I use a chin strap to reduce leakage from my CPAP. This seems to be good product, but no matter how I adjusted the strap and my mask harness the leakage just got worse. Reluctantly I have returned it and will now have to try using adhesive tape.

Better than I hoped!

I use a CPAP and need a chin strap to help keep my mouth closed to prevent air leaks and extreme dry throat. I've tried many, but this is by far the most comfortable I've had! Really soft, never too tight, just perfect. Very well made, and it actually *sticks* -- hasn't popped off once. So happy with this purchase!
