Most Used Dremel Item I Use!
I Use These Often! So I Need A Lot Of Them! They Do A Great Job! Like All Cut-off Wheels They Wear Out Or Break! But, They Arer A Great Prodsuct.

Cut of discs
These cut off discs work fine but they are not strong, they break fairly easily, but they are very inexpensive so they are still useful.

Did what it supposed to do.
Durable and holds to cut metal. Better than snapped on Dremel wheel. Highly recommended.

When you are tired of breaking cuttoff wheels, get this
Cut off tools are for cutting shafts that are usually hard steel and not so thick. But when the going gets rough and you need to cut aluminum pieces that are soft and explode your nice think blades, this is the one you need. It will deal with a lot more lateral side loads and can remove material besides just cut a slot. If I need a cut in a hardened piece of steel, the then thin cutoff tools work. But if i need to cut out a piece from an aluminum sheet or maybe remove some excess aluminum weld material, the thicker cut off wheel will last much longer although they may still explode if you force the issue. I use both cutoff tools and use the one that will survive. Usually the thicker one.

Excellent product
Working very well on hard steel material. Very pleased with quality of the wheels.

Awesome blades
These are an absolute a must have for me. I always have a supply of them. I will say, these seem to be a more coarse grit than the wheels I've had in the past, but that can also be a good thing. They last as good as any, and have worked for me.

Cut well
They work well but they are fragile. That’s why I bought so many.

Dremel quality is just better than everything else
I've tried several other brands of less expensive cut-off wheels, but they have all been garbage and most lasted no more than a couple of seconds before disintegrating. Dremel wheels are just so much better...end of story. They are much thicker than the knock-offs, and unless you bind them in the workpiece, almost always wear all the way down as they should. The Dremel wheels are definitely in the category of "you get what you pay for".

Very good "all-around" Cutting Wheel
Actually they're similar to those which came with my Dremel kit (I had only two, so I needed a refill of those "all-around" wheels). And I luv'em! I'm currently moding PC chassis, and they are perfect for : 1- Cutting through plastic, like butter. For instance I used it on an NZXT RGB LED Controler 5.25" plastic enclosure, as well as a SlimODD + 2x2.5"SSD/SSHD 5.25" bay adapter, cutting holes and redesigning edges on the sides so that I could run SATA, USB and Power wires "through" the bay controllers cage, leaving room for a Swiftech 280mm radiator plus its pump on the front lower side of the radiator (thus very tight to the bay cage). Their diameter is not too big, enough for that scale of craftsmanship. 2- Cutting curves on metal sheets. I'm using it while moding a Fractal Refine R4 PC chassis, for accommodating a 280mm CPU water cooler's radiator on the top panel ("opening" 27mm towards the left side panel: new "air vents" and mounting holes for 2x140mm fans - this mod clears the obstruction the motherboard's Power regulators Heat sinks had with the original chassis mounting holes vertical alignments - and which disallowed any 280mm radiators on the top panel). One of their "con", is also a "pro": they degrade relatively fast. I can thus use them for cutting curves, i.e. for rounding corners on steel (or aluminum) sheets, or for cutting out patterns/works of arts, their smaller radius giving more flexibility on curved lines. For straight lines or large arcs I prefer the Dremel 426 Fiberglass Reinforced, which have a bigger radius (1 1/4") for straighter cuts. I'd like to find 1 1/2 inch though, as I don't know if going with a "non-standard" proprietary mounting system like the EZ Lock (for which there's an offer of 1 1/2" cut-off Wheels), is really worth the investment...

Not as heavy duty as one might expect.
Even though these disks are sold as heavy duty, take it with a grain of salt. Unless you are very careful when cutting material the disks will break and pieces of shrapnel will fly, so make sure you wear protective glasses to save your eyes!.
