Stay Power!

I love this product which I first got in a beauty box. But, I do wish I had the correct sharpener for it! Why sell the product without the sharpener as the pencil is quite fat. The pencil has great matte color and is not drying. I usually apply it over a thin layer of a lip balm. Color really stays for hours.

Limited use

Not sure if I like it or not. I cant seem to use it beyond the tip that is already out. I've tried my sharpener that has both sizes and still it's to big. A shame really as the color was beautiful.

New Holy Grail red lip!

Pleasantly Surprised at how much I liked this. I love a red lip, and typically use liquid lip paints to ensure a clean long lasting application. I did, however find that it is difficult to find a good dark red that flattered my skin tone. This not only is the perfect shade for me, it stays true and lasts nearly as long as the liquid, with no transfer. Application is way easier than a liquid. Love it.

Great color, very small amount of product!

As you can see from my photo, this is a product I’ve used frequently. I absolutely love it, great color, a lip “stain”, which adds a lot of pigment without the heavy residue of a traditional lipstick. I put one swipe on, after I’ve coated my lips with a clear or semi tinted gloss, which I find makes it look better & last longer. I generally do not wear a bold lip, eye makeup is more my statement. This product is nice because of its versatility; it can be a single-swipe light addition of color, or, it can be put on with a heavier hand for a more dramatic look. I received mine in my Allure Beauty Box subscription, but if I hadn’t, I’d be a little angry with this brand... for the $22 price point, there is very little product. As my photo shows, I’ve used mine almost all up. I kept trying to find a place to twist it and make more come up, but, there is no more, what you see is all you get! If you have the sharpener, all it does is shave off more of the product to keep it pointy at the end. If I could twist the bottom or sharpen down the pencil (it’s plastic so that’s not happening), and get more than what’s sitting at the top of the crayon, I’d definitely buy this again. But, $22 for a an eighth of an inch of product? Not for me. I’ll be searching for an affordable duplicate of this one.

Received this in my monthly Allure beauty box and I LOVE it. Glides on smooth, lasts forever, and such a gorgeous color. It's a perfect match for me. If you're looking for something sheer and delicate, this is not for you...it's bold and beautiful. Will definitely purchase again.
