Item Received was Misrepresented by Amazon Live Chat Staff

I have given four stars as I have seen the product sold in strips installed and in use and it appears to work and look very well. However, I had read some of the other negative reviews regarding the difficulty of installing and substandard appearance of the dock edge shipped in rolls rather than pieces. On the day I placed my order I was assured in two live chats with Amazon staff that the 16’ of dock edging would come in two 8’ pieces rather than a 16’ roll. I then placed orders for three 16’ units of the dock edge, expecting each unit to come as two 8’ pieces. To my great disappointment the dock edge arrived in three boxes each containing a 16’ roll of dock edge. I must now go through the hassle of returning the three boxes of rolled dock edge.

Protects the boat but cracked in a week

Installed on a summer day so it would be more flexable. It does its job but looks kinda bad now that it cracked in a couple places after a week of installing it.

Need customer support!!!

How do you contact customer service. We bought 4. 16' sections. 3 of them are perfect, and one is about 8" short. We didn't realize until already installed. Would be satisfied with a 1 foot section being sent to us, so we don't have to destroy the whole section ripping it off to send back for a replacement. Please advise...

Does the job

There are a lot of reviews saying it’s hard to install. It’s easy if you leave it lay in the sun for a hour. It’s firm but has just enough give it’s not going to leave marks.

This product is awful. Hard to work with.

Products were very hard to unroll and worse to attach to dock. I used 1&1/2 of 5 boxes and quit because to hard to put on. I would like to send the product back. Unfortunately by the time I went to the lake to try and put them on it was to late to return. I still have 3 1/2 boxes left I would like a refund on if possible. Thanks. Tim Francis
