Nice but needs stronger hardware

Very pretty and very solid. The screws that come with it are too short to hold it up.

Holy shinoli, everyone said this was a good value and a nice door knocker. But I am floored by the quality for the price. It is HEAVY and BIG and REAL METAL. I would buy again and will recommend! Something to note, they tell you there is no mounting hardware, but I didn't pay attention. You'll need three screws. Also, there is no strike plate, which I don't care about, but some people may.

Beautifully crafted and very sturdy

I purchased this lovely cat door knocker to commemorate my wonderful cat who prowled in the gardens around our house. It's beautifully crafted and unusual. It has a metal bar across the back which was helpful when mounting it to our door. In addition to the statement it make it makes a loud knock which is nice since I don't have door bell anymore. I'm thrilled with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

Very attractive and amusing!

This is large and quite authentic looking, made of very heavy material with a charming, slightly eerie design. I can't wait to put it up! The knocker actually knocks against the wood of the door, but I suppose that is how they normally work. If it makes a dent I can get a little metal plate to put below it. There are two screw holes in the ears and one below the face. If you raise it too high to knock it kind of locks up. The manufactures should work on that flaw. Update: I've had this up for a long time and people love to use it, although the rattle always scares me.

it's a heavy door knocker. solid. didn't come with screws which isn't to bad, but would've been cool if included.

Wonderful!

Life sized majestic kitty to guard my door. Very heavy bronze. Doesn't include screws but was easy to put up with a drill and screws we had on hand. Love it!

the cat head is big and cool looking but the plate it sits on was broken

arrived broken, the cat head is big and cool looking but the plate it sits on was broken. I didn't send it back however, just decided to hang the cat head in a tree. Item was wrapped in bubble wrap and the head is iron that i can tell. the plate the head sits on might be a different quaility metal, not sure. Cool enough that I kept it

I’m a cat lady so I had to have this. It’s sturdy and has weight to it. The casting is nicely done, it’s smooth with a nice patina.
