Great umbrella base. Awesome customer support

Love the look/design of this. Very sturdy and i am very pleased with the product. The shipment I received was missing the small Cushion piece. However, I simply emailed josh (his email is in the questions/answers), and he replied within the day and mailed me the part (no questions asked), which i received in 2-3 days!

Follow Up

As a follow up on my previous review, the replacement is beyond what I expected! Elegant and beautiful, very sturdy and easy to set up. The seller sent the replacement the very same day and I received it after just a day!! Very pleased!!!

Somewhat disappointed

I liked the way it looked. It felt heavy enough to hold my 6ft umbrella. During assembly a piece broke off. I didn't drop it. I was sitting on carpet. When I turned the base on its side to attach the washers and nuts, the piece broke off. It didn't feel that fragile. I hope it holds up outside when i add the umbrella. I'm not returning it.

Perfect fit

This base is a perfect fit for my umbrella. It comes with two different size adapters so you may use the correct one for your umbrella shaft size. Have not tried in a strong wind but sure it will hold up.
