Best pan ever

Had to buy this pan for my sons Spanish project “tortilla espanol”. Amazing. Nonstick, easy to use and clean. Make sure the larger handle is the pan on the bottom so they attach properly when you flip it.

More useful than expected

I bought this to make Okonomiyaki and Strata. This pan is so easy to use and I have been using it at least once a week.

Fabulous for Tortilla Española!

This pan made the making of a true Tortilla Española so easy. I am one of "those people" that makes it with onions. This pan made that easy because I started the onions in one side and the potatoes in the other. When they were ready, I mixed the seasoned onions in with the beaten eggs and then layered the potatoes in with them. On med.-low heat with the cover on, I cooked the eggs, stirring them in. When it was time, I "locked" the top lid on and easily flipped the Tortilla without spilling a drop. After a few more minutes on the burner, I finished it in the oven at 350 until firm but not dry. It turned out fluffy and moist. The easiest one I've ever made and none of it ended up on the floor! I highly recommend this two-part pan whether using it for frittata or Tortilla Española.

Almost perfect.

This was delivered yesterday and I made a frittata for lunch today. The pan worked well (I heated the top pan up, as per the advice of another reviewer) and it was easy to use. My only complaint is the placement of the rivets on the inside of the pan. I made an 8-egg dish and had to unstick the frittata from the rivets before flipping. Clean-up was a bit of a pain in the backside because of the rivets too. Having them sited a bit higher (or not having them at all) would help. Overall, I’m happy with it.

top quality

Top quality pan, I recommend it. It is expensive for someone living in the UK (over £40 including £10 for delivery) but rather unique.

Best pan I have ever owned

This is a product I did not know I needed until I bought it. It is SO GOOD! First time in my life I was able to make a Spanish tortilla with zero stress! It turned out so tall, well cooked, no stick and delicious! Definitely worth it! I am now everyday trying to find something in the fridge to make frittatas.

Good quality frying pand

They work great to fry absolutely anything, steaks, eggs, etc.. but they really shine for making omelettes and frittatas. No more mess trying to flip my omelettes. Also they help to cook the omelettes better.
