Good investment, even for heavy use

I use this pan for everything. Even shallow frying. This is my second one and only because someone left it over high heat and forgot it was still on the stove, thus ruining it. I had my previous one for about 3+ years and before that incident it was only beginning to show some wear. This new one has held up well so far. Only a few minor scratches and given it is used more than once a day, every day (no exaggeration), by multiple people, I think a few minor scratches from a metal spatula is really no big deal. Pricey, but a great pan for heavy use. I’d definitely recommend.

Three months in and I love it!

I've tried a bunch of non-stick pans - most recently I had been using the Bialetti ceramic pans. But I was finding that after a couple months of use the non-stick surface just started wearing away. After replacing about four pans over the course of 1.5 years, I decided to spend a little more on something else. So, I purchased this All-Clad. It's been three months and it works as good today as the day it arrived. I use this pan everyday - for eggs and bacon or eggs and sausage or something similar. The non-stick is still non-stick - no wearing away like the Bialetti. I have absolutely no complaints about this pan. It was well worth the extra dollars. I do take care of this pan - I only use appropriate utensils with it and I store it carefully to avoid any scratching of the surface. I would recommend without hesitation.

This is my BIG treat....

I have wanted this pan for a long time. I just didn’t want to spend the money for ‘a pan’. Well, I’m glad I did. I read all of the instructions. I am careful to never cook at high temperatures..this pan is definitely worth the money. I treat it as very special. It looks brand new. I wish I had bought it years ago.

I wanted a quality pan

I recently decided to get back into making omelets and scrambled eggs and maybe sauteing so I needed a stick free pan. This is perfect as nothing sticks, it's well made and works well on our smooth glass top range. I searched many offering on Amazon before settling on this brand after reading many other reviews. This pan did not come with a lid but after reading some of the disasters others have had with glass lids I decided that wasn't a deal breaker. I use a glass lid we already had at home. So far so good. One unknown but which I hope is OK, is whether any of the non-stick covering on the pan ever gets into our food. Nothing visible of course....just wondering.

The best

Worth every penny.....I finally decided to take the plunge and go with a top quality pan to use for breakfast or omelette, eggs, scrambled, ext. I wish I would have not been to worried about spending this kinda money as it’s hands down the best pan I’ve ever used for cooking breakfast to date. I have a glass GE Profile cooktop and my burners heat this pan up in no time. Once the food has been placed in the pan it cooks evenly and quickly. The best non-stick surface I’ve ever used. The food ???? slides out with ease. The cleanup is so easy also. I will be saving for additional All Clad cook wear in the future. I guess the old saying of you get what you pay for is still true.

As Advertised, A Great Pan for Cooking Eggs

Bought this for my wife for her birthday, but I usually cook the eggs. This was an upgrade from an old pan, and it is very nice. It has good heft and holds the heat when the eggs are dropped in. The eggs slide around and don't stick. This pan was just as advertised.

MANUFACTURED IN THE U.S. AND ALL CLAD IS THE BEST!

ALL CLAD ! THE BEST! WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO SAY? Well packaged and prompt delivery. I like the NEW non-stick finish. Been using All Clad pans for more than 30 years and they still look brand new! So well made that they have a life-time warranty...but what really counts is that they make cooking so much easier.. the various layers of metal used in the construction of these hand-crafted pans assure even cooking and no "hot spots." This particular pan is the French Frying Pan...the sides are higher than with a regular frying pan...I like to use it for preparing my breakfast's "egg over easy" because most splattering is kept within the pan. high quality pan

This is like all All-Clad products: excellent quality, solid, and cooks wonderfully, with no sticking. I can't recommend this product highly enough. It cooks perfect fried eggs and omelets. I did not get paid to write this review! I'm a home cook, and like my kitchen products to be high end and to do the job they're designed for.
