Use this to find tunnels for gopher holes. Perfect shape to feel around.

Looks Rugged but bends trying to take out stubborn weeds

Looks sturdy but bends when attempting to take out thick-rooted dandelions and similar weeds This could have been manufactured broader for strength. It is still too narrow including the v-shaped wedge which could have been broader and sharper. Sometimes multiple attempts are needed to locate the root of the weed between the v-shaped wedge. Broader redesign of the tool including the v-shaped wedge is required.

Gets the Roots Out

Great for removing deep-rooted weedy clumps like dandelions and undesirable grasses. I have put quite a lot of pressure on the tool to lever out weeds after first securing them with the "V" at the end of the tool, and there is no bending or breakage. The handle is a comfortable soft grip. Having the sawing edge on one side is an added bonus.

Great design but not as strong as it looks

This tool looks absolutely bomber, but it bent backward literally the first time I used it. I do have clay soil, but it had just rained heavily and the soil was very wet and easy to dig, so I'm not sure what's going on. I wish it was stronger because other than that it provides great leverage and the handle is very comfortable.

Stainless steel that rusted after first use

Does not make it that much easier to hand weed. I rinsed it once after first use, leaving it to air dry. The area where the blade is welded to the handle rusted; disappointing.

No weed is safe

A neighbour lent me this sturdy garden tool and I was impressed with how helpful it was. It is especially good when extracting weeds from the edge of the sidewalk. Had to have my own and very pleased with the ordering process.
