Does not work
Not a good brace, poor quality, it doesn’t help at all!!

i had a skin reaction to wearing this 1 time
I bought this product because I have a known allergy to neoprene--wore this 1 time and had an immediate skin reaction-very similar to a reaction when wearing a brace with neoprene--I do not know what caused this reaction, but I couldn't risk wearing again

A good wrap, not meant to be a brace, a bit snug
I have arthritic knees and needed a non-neoprene (neoprene gives me a skin rash) knee wrap for light-duty, around the house use and ordered the CleanPrene Knee Support. This exactly fits the bill for me, but may not work for everyone. THE GOOD: The material has the stretchability and grip of neoprene without the itchiness, it's extremely lightweight, and it seems breathable...my leg didn't sweat at all after 10 hours of use. It's tight enough to keep my knee firm while just walking around the house or the yard. It's also very comfortable, I nearly forgot I had it on. THE NOT AS GOOD: I'm average size and height but with large calves, and the unstretchable "sleeve" you slide your leg through is extremely snug on me. If you are plus-sized, you won't be able to get your leg through that opening....the option is to not use the sleeve at all, but it would then be uncomfortable. The lightweight, silky "sleeve" cloth seems thin with light stitching and might not be very durable. SUMMARY: This isn't meant to offer the support of a brace. It does its job very well as a lightweight, neoprene-free compression wrap. It's a great value at this price, but it's not a "one size fits all" and likely won't fit plus-sized legs at all.

Eco-friendly, “green” knee brace that provides light / moderate support for the medium-sized knee …
Unlike the Ace knee brace my husband uses, which fits a wide range of leg sizes, this one will fit small- to medium-sized legs / knees. This knee brace can be used on either the right or left leg, similar to the Ace. The fit and inner sleeve are a bit on the medium side so if you have a lot of swelling or large legs, take a pass. When my husband put it on, he felt like this brace would provide light / moderate support. He uses a brace that offers up more support when we go out. This brace doesn’t have the type heavy-duty interior foam some have. This is soft, light-duty brace, not a heavy-duty one that someone with a serious knee injury might make use of. The brace is made of materials I’d consider breathable, a must if he’s going to be wearing the splint during the day. There’s a double, large, 3” wide Velcro straps that keeps the splint in place. There’s piping sewn around the edges to keep the material from unraveling. What I really love is the fact that this is what I’d call an eco-friendly, or green knee brace. There’s a lot of recycled materials used in the manufacture, not just a few. The foam, lining, and inner sleeve utilize 39% to 100% recycled materials. Keep in mind that as mentioned, this is a lightweight, light- / moderate-duty duty knee brace, not for those who need heavy support.

Cheap, Not Plus-Size Friendly
I've been trying to find a brace that's right for my body. I've already tried four different kinds, and I'm struggling to find the right type. I'm a plus-sized woman, not huge, but I'm not tiny. This brace is 'One Size' and doesn't have any other information as to who exactly will comfortably be able to use this brace. The adjustable velcro straps fit around my leg no problem, it's the sleeve you put your leg through first that's the issue. It's somewhat stretchy but isn't large enough for it to comfortably fit around my knee which is swollen from injury. I could wear it without putting my leg through the sleeve, but that's not how this product is intended to be used. I also didn't feel like it was providing me with the stability I need right now. This could also be because I can't use the sleeve, but I felt it was worth noting. I appreciate the recycled materials, but the overall feel of the brace is really kind of cheap. It feels more like a disposable brace that you'd use just a few times before tossing. I haven't washed it yet so I'm not sure how it would hold up, but it doesn't feel like it will last a very long time. I was really hoping this would be the right brace for me, but sadly, it's another dud. It would be a good idea for the company to provide some sort of a size chart even with the product being 'one size'.

Adjustable, lightweight, unknown support
I have big legs and this actually fit me. It is very lightweight, easy to put on, and comfortable. There's a sleeve to it too and that makes it stay in place. I played a whole game of soccer and didn't need to adjust this at all. My only concern is that when I wore this, I did notice my shin splints hurting more than usual. It wasn't tight on me so Idk what the issue was. I will say my knee didn't hurt as much the next day.

Good Support
Occasionally, both my husband and I get bad knees. It happens for no apparent reason… just put some weight on one leg and something happens and this sharp pain glances through your knee when you step wrong. As a friend says, getting old is not for the faint of heart. We have tried regular elastic compression sleeves but they trend to scrunch up and slide down when you crouch. They also crease behind the knee and dig in. This knee support is pretty nice. It’s made of a medium/thin neoprene that isn’t too bulky and has a soft thin sleeve behind the knee to slide your leg into. This makes it really easy to position. The entire outside surface fastens with Velcro meaning the sizing is quite flexible. It doesn’t slip like the compression sleeve, so my husband can do squats with this on. If there was one complaint, it would be that the color isn’t very flattering. If you are going to have it visible—say if you wear it while wearing shorts-- then plain black would be nicer than this faded moss green color. Other than that it is comfortable and works well. It’s also competitively priced. So recommended.

Adjustable for any size
This knee brace is adjustable for any size leg. It is also able to switch to your right or your left leg depending on which means you need a brace on. It is light weight and made of foam. It isn’t very tight but definitely helps provide support.
