It's PERFECT!

I have used this mixer 5 times already and I'm so happy to not have a cord that ends up in the batter. After use I charge it and it holds the charge until the next time. Thank you for such a great product!

Good for cake mixes and the like

This is a handy mixer because I don't have to worry about the power cord. But it does not quite have the power of my old Kitchenaid mixer which unfortunately broke off the speed selector when it fell onto the tile floor. I had that mixer for many years and didn't want to replace it with a disappointing look-alike manufactured in China. Well, this one is manufactured there as well, but Chefman has a decent reputation. The battery depletes rather quickly, maybe it has to break in some more still. I like the soft start which prevents splatters. The mixer is well balanced and lightweight enough to not tire my arm. It is not meant for heavy duty jobs, but among other things it fluffs mashed potatoes nicely.

Great buy

This mixer is ultra light to hold and does a great job. I love that once charged, I can mix at my stove where I don't have a plug in handy. I have used it several times and the charge is still full.

Lightweight, long charge

This is one of those products where there's rarely actual new tech, so I was excited to try this. It is very lightweight, but it's balanced and isn't prone to tipping over when you set it on the counter. I gotta tell you though, going cordless is SO nice. I didn't realize how much of a production it was, and it's probably why I started avoiding my old hand mixer. The charge holds on it. which is also great. I charged it up immediately after opening it, but I didn't get to use it for about a month. I'm not sure how I feel about the up/down buttons for the speed. This is a huge change in the haptic feedback one gets from a hand mixer, where it's got that toggle that you push up and it "clicks" into place. That lack of haptic feedback also makes it feel "soft" when you move it up in speed because it doesn't "kick". So that, for me, is a learning curve I will need to learn to work with. I did take off a star because it seems to splash outside the bowl more than I'd like to see, even at a low speed.

Tether free!

I’m totally loving the cord-free style! This mixer has enough power to easily mix light things. I’m not sure if power level 7would handle dough. (I’ve only whipped cream and some eggs with is). I love that it’s compact enough to fit in my smaller Misc tool drawer and the light while in use is handy. The battery, so far, has lasted a good long while. I’m impressed! Overall I’m pleased with this mixer and recommend it for those needing one and don’t want to be tethered.

Powerful cordless mixer. Easy to use

Chefman Cordless Hand Mixer, 7 Speed Electric Handheld Kitchen Food Mixer, Easily Whisk Eggs, Whip Cream, or Mix Cookie Dough, Digital Display, Dishwasher Safe Parts, and LED Charge Indicator Light It's nice to use a mixer and not have to look for an outlet to plug it in. I don't miss trying to use a mixer and stretching the cord across the bowl. This mixer is convenient, powerful, attractive, easy to use and store. I do a lot of baking and really love this new mixer. I have used it countless times with zero issues. It creams through heavy cookie batter like a corded model. It's easy to wipe clean and clean the beaters. I would highly recommend one of these as a hostess gift.
