TOO HARD TO REMOVE THE CUPS!!!

The cup dispenser has been a life-saver for cleaning up the clutter in the employee break room! The coffee cups and the iced beverage cups now have a neat way to be displayed. The staff is excited to have everything in one place. The dispenser is a little too tall for the space underneath our cabinets, but that's my fault for not measuring before ordering. My straw holder arrived but it is missing a part. We LOVE that the dispenser holds a large number of cups and lids. However, it is difficult to remove the cups one-at-a-time! Either more than one comes out or we scrape our knuckles on the metal clips at the end of the rubber bungee strap that holds the cups in place. Overall, I would say this is a great tool to organize your drink station! ????????

One leg twisted and straw holder missing

This item is not worth the price. It came dirty and one of the legs is twisted. I can't put the suction rubber on the twisted leg so now it doesn't stand well. The straw holder was also missing. I should have bought another one that is cheaper maybe it would have been better.
