Good product

It appears to be quality. It could have been a 5 star if the instructions were better and comprehensive. The shower connection to the wall is very short and may not fit all installations. It is very important to mount the shower pipe output (Female) flush or 1/8" protruding, so that the shower head pipe/unit will tighten to the wall for a good finish. The same for the handheld shower outlet. It at least has a cover over the pipe to hide the wall opening (not very large though to cover large holes. I was fortunate enough to be able to trial fit these parts and mount the outputs appropriately.

More clear written instructions are needed.

The instructions are unclear in certain areas. The tech writer's English leaves some gaps in understanding. Specifically, adjustments for the cradle (for the hand-held shower wand) are completely ignored. Angle of the cradle if tightened completely, makes it impossible to set the wand in the cradle. This is not addressed at all. Additionally, the writer's explanation of the placement of the valve regarding depth is unclear. If I had never installed any shower sets before, this would have been a problem. Novice installers might get hung up on the vague placement instructions and poor use of English.

Can't hold up to the flow and flows way more than 1.85GPM

I loved the look of this shower piece, the function, the price, the fact it came with the valve and everything. It was easy to install and matched the bathroom look overall. Then we tried using it. The big head fills with water and won't stay positioned, it can only point basically down. You can't put enough tension on the head to keep the head pointed. So within 3 uses my husband resorted to duct taping it, not the aesthetic we were going for! Secondly, look in the technical description. The first flow rating says "1.85GPM", so I stopped reading. However, after installing and finding a ~10 minute shower used near 100 gallons, I do also see below that in flow description it says 2.5 gallons per minute. Frankly it's about double that or more. We live in the mountains and pay about 10x the cost of city water so it won't work for us at all. We'll keep the handheld because it's already installed (and it's still pretty and useful), but we'll have to go back to the drawing board for a different main head, which is pretty disappointing. And now that it's been installed and long past refund by Amazon, we're stuck with it either way.

Don’t buy it

Shower head quit working after only few uses. Completely disassembled it to not find anything wrong besides not good quality. The handheld part is now aslo leaking at the connection to the hose. We weren’t able to get installed before the 30 day return due our bathroom was still under construction well passed that.

shower set

The shower set is so nice. The shower head was much larger than I thought, it looks great, so Rustic looking It was great that this set comes with everything, that way you don't have to try to match the same color finishes,plus valve included. Did't install it yet,but I'm sure it will work well. Also items arrived exactly as stated.

Nice fixture, waiting on customer service quality...

Looks great, moderate difficulty install, angles must be VERY precise in mounting. Sad that handheld unit leaks from area we're unable to tighten. Hopefully we can get response from the seller to make this right. 1/11/20 update: seller responded and sent replacement handheld shower handle no charge. Installed it and no leaks! Good customer service response! Initially when installed the shower head was "limp" or didn't stay pointing outward instead of downward where we wanted it. Recently installed the flow reducer and have more stability with positioning with little compromise in pressure. The flow reducer does not work in the handheld unit, but it has smaller head so it is okay. We like the look of the fixture, may consider it again for the price point.
