My won’t fall off

Great for elderly and very comfortable in general

Not easy to Assembly-Need to enclose extra parts

1-I did not like assembly of the Chairs, The Back Rest Piece takes two screws to old it into the Armrest, those two screws are hard to put on, even thought I hired someone two assembly two of them and he even hard hard time assembling that part of the chairs. One screw got damaged and we tried to get a replace one in Home Depot, but they did not have one available for sale! 2- One chair came little bit defective, after we assembled it, one of the front legs seems to be a bit short than the other, so does not seat on the floor properly, after one we seat on the chair it get a little less uneven movement. 3- I Ordered an Additional Chair to replace that one. i did not want to go over with the headache of returning the defective chair.

So good I need another one

This was attractive addition to my living room to use a cubi on. Most chairs were too low to the ground or too high to reach pedals. My mother was 5'4" and a larger women but this chair worked great for her. And it looked great in our living room. Guests or friends that came over just loved this chair and asked where I got it and told them on Amazon. And they couldn't believe I got a chair from Amazon that had looks of a high end chair that should have been in an expensive furniture store.

Great chairs for the price

These are great chairs, easy to assemble and comfortable. The only drawback at all is that the fabric is a little “loose” on the back of one of the chairs. But I only noticed because it is positioned across the desk from me. Overall I like them, and they are exactly what I needed.

Tear in upholstry on Boss Executive Guest Chair

I was sorry to see a tear/cut in the chair upholstery. There is no photo because the upload attempt was not successful. I chose to keep the chair because it was a success for an elderly person who needs support and stability while sitting. The chair seems to be of acceptable quality for it's intent. The assembly was not too difficult for an old woman and it is being used for exactly the purpose for which it was purchased. If I needed another one I would purchase again. Hopefully, without a tear/cut.

Good quality office chair

This is a sturdy attractive office chair with generous seating. All fasteners are included, the only tool not in the kit is a screwdriver for assembly. The arms are wide enough to support and not crowd the seating space.
