Great dust extraction

The auto filter cleaner is a little annoying but it works great I only wish is had a blue tooth feature like Festool

Second only to festool.

Bought this to compare to my festool ct15. I know all the tests and reviews say it has just as good suction as a festool but it's not as good. It is great, but not as great as the festool dust extractors. I do recommend adding a reusable bag and hose wrap on it but all in all not bad. The filter self clean is rather loud and can throw you off guard if your not expecting it, but it does the job. I would say if you could find a festool for a comparable price buy the festool, but if not this is a good alternative.

Best shop vac I’ve used

Quality shop vac, auto dust filter cleaner, good capacity and cleans very well. Purchased attachment kit for it and does a great job cleaning around home or shop. Spendy vacuum but worth every penny.

Great Dust Capture let me sand new table in dining room

I am building a new dining table in the dining room. It is too large/heavy to move. I thought would have to drape other furniture or isolate the room to prevent sawdust problems in the rest of the house. I have sanded the new table slab through 4 grits and have not even had to vacuum the floor. I a, using a rotary sander with mesh sanding disks. The thump when it shakes the HEPA filter is seriously attention getting. You can turn it off if you don't like it.

Great HEPA unit with variable speed!

This is a great HEPA vacuum unit. You can adjust the amperage for more or less suction power. It also has a feature where you can plug a power tool into it and as you turn the power tool on and off it will cycle the vacuum on and off as well. And as a bonus, it has a self cleaning the filter feature. It took a little bit of time to get used to the three knocks every 15 seconds but it does help to extend the life of the HEPA filter. I would recommend & would definitely purchase again!

Really Nice Dust Extractor - Works with Festool as Added Benefit

I purchased this vac and the accessories kit along with the Bosch concrete surface grinder to re-finish our floor with about 2000 square feet of tile and wood demo. This combo worked flawlessly for both thinset and wood glue removal in preparation for the new wood floor. Paid for itself in 1 job. The filter bags work really well. Even after filling up several times over with concrete dust the inside of the vacuum remained clean outside the bag. I read a few other reviews about this not working, and I'm not really sure how that could be. I now use the vac for things like cleaning out my fireplace and I also discovered that it works fine with Festool woodworking tools. I have the Domino system for joining and the Rotex RO 150 sander. The Bosch hose firs over the Festool port snugly as is with no adapter needed. It stays secure while working and needs no tape. Not really sure if it was intended to work this way, but it will suffice for now. Instead of buying a Festool vac (which I may eventually do) I could buy the Sander or another Festool product instead.

Great dust collector

When hooked to my chop saw, it eliminates all airborne dust completely. I really like the feature where I can plug my saw into the dust collector, and when I start my saw, the dust collector turns on. The only problem is that plugging both into a 15 amp circuit wasn't sufficient, I needed a 20 amp circuit for both. The dust collector works great.

Very nice dust extractor, love the ability to add an L-Boxx

I have been looking at dust extractors for a year or so and decided it was time to upgrade from a standard shop vac. Decided to go with Bosch over Festool based on my satisfaction with my other Bosch tools. I also bought the longer 16 ft hose along with a variety of hose adaptors. I store the hose adaptors in a 6 inch L-Boxx that fits on the extractor perfectly. I bought a standard filter for general use to save the way too expensive included Hepa filter for applications that would require that level of dust extraction. I have had no issues with connecting the standard hose to my Bosch hand tools and found only one instance that required me to use an adaptor with my Bosch table saw. I don’t mind the filter thumper so I leave it on with the standard filter. I bought spare bags and plan to only use the extractor with the Bosh bags. Overall very happy with this extractor and would recommend the 9 gallon extractor.

Fantastic and makes a massive difference to air quality when I’m sanding!

The media could not be loaded. This HEPA dust extractor is amazing. After almost a year I can say it makes a massive difference in the air quality in the shop! I use this exclusively with my sanders. Both my Mirka 6” and my Bosch GET75-6 the dust in the shop is almost nonexistent now! The extractor runs along @ 61 db (low) & 67 db (high) and when the AFC kicks in it runs up to 71 db. I find the AFC function does an amazing job of keeping the filter clean for extended periods of time. I check the HEPA often as it’s so easy figured I would need to blow it out occasionally and the fact is I NEVER need to. The attached picture has at least 30 hours of sanding Walnut, 40 hours or so with Cherry and 30 hours or so with Maple with a good deal of Epoxy sanding. I have NOTHING to complain about and would buy again, no issues!

Meilleure dépoussièreux que j'ai acheté

Je suis très satisfait de mon achat. J'ai longtemps magasiné pour un bon dépoussiéreur de chantier et ce modèle m'a été chaudement recommandé par plusieurs entrepreneurs. Son fonctionnement est simple et efficace. Son point faible est que pour le travail du bois, j'ai dû acheter leur tuyau anti-statique séparément et d'autres accessoires supplémentaires pour l'utiliser comme balayeuse 'traditionnelle'. Je me demande, au prix que cet aspirateur coûte, ne pourrait-il pas les fournir dès le départ. Autrement, je leur donne tout de même cinq (5) étoiles.

Buena potencia, poco ruido, encendido automatico

Tiene la funcion de encendido automatico al conectar una herramienta a traves de un enchufe que viene en el cuerpo del extractor. Tenia yo un equipo para llevar a cabo esa funcion y es bueno que este extractor lo incluya. Buena potencia, un poco ruidosa al limpiar el filtro de particulas (cada 15 segundos, pero puede desactivarse), pero en su funcionamiento es menos ruido que una aspiradora convencional de taller. Es HEPA-ready, lo que implica que NO incluye el filtro HEPA, solo uno de papel plisado, suficientemente bueno para carpinteria pero no es HEPA para polvo de construccion. Lo conecte a un separador ciclonico y ha funcionado bien, aunque por 3000 pesos mas podria haber comprado el extractor festool... no me arrepiento de la compra, cumple su funcion.

This thing sucks!

Was looking to replace my craftsman shop vac since it seriously lacked in suction. Picked this up and, man o' man, THIS THING SUCKS!! Hooked it up with my dust deputy and did a little test with a pile of sawdust and ended up cleaning every little nook and cranny in my whole shop since I was so impressed with it. Buying this definitely changed attitude about cleaning up after a project. Works great with hand power tools, but lacks on the more bigger machines like the miter saw, table saw and lunch box planer as it struggles a bit to keep up. If you're looking for a dust extractor to help cut back the dust in your shop, this is definitely a great option.

HEPA filtering terrific

I can finally clean up small wood working or renovation dust without having blocked sinuses for 2 days afterward. The unit delivers on the HEPA filtration. Suction is good. The hose is long enough to not have to move the unit around as much as my old Sears shop vac. The smaller hose diameter also make handling easy. Lots of attachments. Expensive but worth it.
