Great sunscreen
I walk on the beach and have fair skin. This protects my skin. I just use it on my face and neck. It may have a slight white cast at first, but I don’t care. I’m looking for coverage not a fashion show. It also lasts and stays put. I get carried away “shelling” and my walks can turn into hours. Highly recommend.

Great sun protection for the face
We used this for a beach vacation for our young kids (age range 1-8). We typically use spray sunscreen for arms, legs, trunk, neck, etc. For their face, we used this product. At SPF 50, it provided great sun protection and we had no sunburns or redness on their faces after 3 full beach days. Application: We applied this to their face (similar to a deodorant stick) which left obvious white streaks. As you rub in it and even it out, it leaves a whitish hue where it has been applied. We used this as confirmation that we applied it everywhere we wanted. Some might not like this, but I believe that any mineral zinc oxide product is going to have the same result. Our kids didn't even notice or care. Longevity: We reapplied after about 3 hrs of playing in the ocean. It seemed to stay in place well but we were being cautious. The stick was used on 3 kids x 3 full beach days and we still had plenty left over. It seems to go a long way. Overall: We like this product. We had no sunburns or redness on their cute little faces. However, the whitish hue that it leaves is something you should know about any zinc oxide mineral based sunscreen. For kids or anyone that cares more about skin protection than aesthetics, its worked great!

Perfect size for diaper & beach bags! ????
I’ve been dying to try Blue Lizard sunscreen on my toddler ever since I started seeing other parents rave about it on my social media “mom groups.” I didn’t want to spend $20 or more on a bigger cream or spray until I tried it out. This was a great option! At $10, this stick form is the perfect size for throwing in my diaper or beach bag. I was a little bummed when I saw that this is fragrance-free. I’m happy to report that there *is* a slight (natural) scent to this. It has a little bit of a coconut or “sunscreen” smell. It’s VERY light but it’s there; I personally love the smell of Coppertone water babies, but this seems to get better reviews. It’s actually really easy to blend in! I’ve tried other sticks that are super hard and don’t go on very smoothly; Or, they’re too thick & leave a white cast. If you’ve ever tried applying sunscreen on a squirmy/wet toddler, you’ll appreciate that this is easy to blend in quickly and doesn’t leave white streaks. So far, it leaves his skin feeling extremely soft and protects him really well from the sun. He’s worn it for a few hours in and out of the pool and NEVER burned (I reapply every hour). Since I love this so much, I’ll definitely be buying the spray and cream versions next! My son‘s favorite part? Elmo on the front! ❤️ Highly recommend. Hope this helps! ☀️

For a BABY
Read the description carefully please. My husband was looking for a face stick since a lot of brands are putting an ingredient in that causes cancer. Blue Lizard doesn't have any bad ingredients and I love all their products. Well it arrived and it states it's for a baby not an adult. Read the descriptions very carefully before purchasing because they won't let you return it unopened and they didn't help me with a replacement. I ended up giving it to a friend that has little babies.

Works well for kids.
You can see the coverage because of the white coloring. Worked good on the kids. Wife didn't like a white face,nose,ears, and shoulders look. Ha Ha she looks funny in the Florida sands.

Great for infant/toddler’s face
I bought this when I found out that BL made sunscreen in a stick and I heard it was great for kids faces. I like the fact that it’s easy to use when applying sunscreen to my baby and toddler. It’s perfect for using on their face. Before I was using the regular sunscreen and applying it to a beauty blender when applying sunscreen on to their face. That works great too but the stick is so much better and easier. The only thing I wish was that the stick was bigger. That’s why I left 4 stars and not 5. Kind of pricey for a little stick.

Easy to Use, Make Not Be Best For Me
While this sunscreen stick is very easy to maneuver and cover the entire face, it leaves a white cast that is very noticeable. I also find that, once I start to sweat on my face, the formula fades very quickly (much faster than the advertised time before reapplication).

Works great but makes you pasty!
Love love love this brand. The sun protection is great and doesn't cause my skin to break out. I have super sensitive skin The only reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 is because it doesn't run in very well and made my skin bright white for over an hour.
