Pin holes developed almost immed

Several small holes in hose.

Good fit, holds up well

Great for backflushing the pool pump. We've left it outdoors for almost a year in the California sun and it's holding up great.

Not for a 2” pipe.

The hose feels sturdy, but it will not fit over a 2” backwash pvc pipe.

Exactly what I needed

The media could not be loaded. I was about to pay several hundreds of dollars of money I didn't have for plastic pool hose until I found this. I can attach these hoses together, make holes, or just splice diversion outlets. I appreciate the reasonable price and it's doing exactly what I need it to do.

Splits easily

This lasted 1.5 seasons. It's pretty fragile and shouldn't be used in cooler weather (when it is stiffer, it ruptures easily). It got small pinholes right off the bat- it still worked with the small holes. But if there is one tiny bend, it will rupture. I was able to duck tape some areas to get through, but I would not purchase again. Will spend a little more for a more study hose.

Easy to put on

It is perfect for the pool the only thing is I have it over concrete and makes holes very easily you can’t step on it or you have a whole other than that it is great

This will last a long time

Got tired of fighting with & replacing cheaper hoses every couple of years. Admittedly it's a quite a bit heavier than the standard backwash hoses you get from pool companies, but that's to be expected given it's thicker. Also slightly more expensive, but this is very likely the last backwash hose I'll need to buy, I'd say it saved me money.

ONLY for straight use, no bends

Not great for the repurpose I tried. I haul water and was looking for a lighter hose. It is light and seems a good quality, however, ANY and ALL kinks, bends makes it inoperable.

Cheap, fragile hose

Well it almost did the job. Once. But it ruptured. Either it's really bad quality stuff, or the plastic had dried out, because simply unrolling and filling the thing caused 2 fissures along the hose.

Waste of money

Used once and has two holes in it already. It is too stiff to bend. Could be useful if it's a straight shot to where you are draining. Even then I would recommend a more flexible hose. The stiffness also makes it difficult to roll up.

Hose is utter garbage. Completely blew apart within 5 minutes of first use.
