Great product. Nice cooking surface

One of my first impressions cooking eggs on it the first time was 'it's almost too non stick!'. With the help with a little olive oil before putting on the over easy eggs, you could lift one side of the griddle and the eggs would slide. Trying to flip them took a little getting used to because the eggs slid so easily, I was chasing the eggs around the griddle with the spatula trying to get under them. In any case, the heat distribution is exceptional and very easy to clean. I've cooked eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage on this with no stick and very easy clean up.

So cool!

It’s the perfect skillet size for KBBQ or to just cook whatever you like. It’s easy to clean and non stick. On my first use, I used little to no cooking oil or spray. It cooked the meat nice and evenly. It also heats up fast for efficient cooking!

Cord is too short

I like this griddle very much except for the fact that the cord is very short. Where I have an outlet available, I have to turn the griddle around backwards in order to plug it in and even then, the cord is still kind of short. This is my only complaint.

Makes expanding and cracking sounds. Seems to work okay but, only used once as yet.

Expanding and cracking loud sounds. (MY other . one of these Bellas did not do this).

Loving this!!!!

My husband and I really like having a Kodiak pancake before a workout and it took me forever to make a double batch in a regular pan. I just made a double batch in less than 10 minutes!

Thought it was going to see an early demise.... but

This was one of those devices I removed from the box and thought to myself, this is never going to last. However, after using it, we have changed our mind and are hoping it will last for years to come. Its much lighter than our past Griddle. When cooking the same foods on it however, we found it much easier to release (real non-stick) those foods and much easier to clean. Therefore in hindsight it was a good purchase.

Super slick

The ceramic cook top is super slick. When cooking bacon, i typically tilt the griddle a little to get the grease to drain as they’re cooking. The bacon started sliding as soon as i started tilting. Something that didn’t happen with my old teflon coated griddle. The one picture shows the grease beading up like a freshly waxed car. We purchased the 10.5 by 20 inch model and it seems a little small. Wish it was a little bigger, but it works. Temperature control seems ok, and the cord is just long enough to reach our outlets beside the oven range. The plastic trim around the griddle top is a little unrefined, and seems only there to provide handles. No big deal really. The grease channel in the front seems a little shallow, but again, worked fine with the bacon grease. Again, not a big deal. Cleaning was incredibly easy, as nothing stuck to it. The one thing that i was disappointed in, was that the hot grease started melting the catch tray. I like to collect bacon grease for using later, but i had to throw it out this time. I don’t want to use plastic contaminated grease for cooking. Next time I’ll use a bowl to collect it. The catch tray is also a little shallow. Cooking 6 or 7 strips filled the thing up.
