Beware of the exploding wheel

These are nice. Do there job. Nothing special. i give them 4 stars because they do what i expected. Let me say one thing though be careful! One of these wheels exploded and hit my right smack in the face and left a gash! wear googles...get you freaking safety gear and don't use the wheels like a grinder! The are meant to cut STRAIGHT LINES.....my problem exactly thats why the blew up in my face a gave me a pretty gash. From the Real McCoy [...]

They work ok but they break and shatter a lot easier then other brands I have used. Make sure you have eye and face protection.

These are good wheels. They cut

These are good wheels. They cut. They don't explode unless you do something dumb, even then they are still fairly forgiving. Only thing I didn't like was they came in a bag and not a box. A box as pictured would have been nice for keeping them on my shelf.

Good wheels

These wheels are a little finer grit than the 40 grit wheels i've been using. These wheels would work well for sheet metal. If you use them for cutting bolts they will cut slower than a coarser grit.

complete junk - flimsy

These grinding wheels are flimsy and thin. They break easily and then you have to throw them away. Please always wear safety classes when you use them they will disintegrate while cutting or grinding - huge junks of the wheel will fly all over the place. I certainly will not oder them again.
