Very nice, deep pan

I love how deep this pan is and the nonstick surface is great. Nothing sticks to this. It’s also easy to clean and the cover is a great addition. I have good stainless pans but this one is our go-to frying pan for pretty much everything because it’s so easy to cook with. A+

Where’d the steam escape hole go?

Edit: Find a pan with a steam escape hole. Used it one time, and even with the lid cracked, it spilled over. They should have never gotten rid of that hole. Same pan I bought in 2012, but this one doesn't have that hole anymore. Same item number though as 2012. Returning. I bought this SAME pan (12” with lid) back in 2012. I LOVED this pan so much that I was sooo mad when my husband scratched it all up. We even got into arguments over what he did to my pan and when he planned on purchasing me another. It’s a really good-sized, HEAVY pan for those husband’s who go back for seconds and thirds (or larger families), allowing for leftovers so that you don’t have to cook every single day. (DON’T drag this pan across your stove unless you want your stovetop dented or scraped up. LIFT IT.) I’ve made stews, spaghetti, chili, casseroles, potato salad, pretty much threw anything and everything in there together (lazy cook…I hate cooking), and it always tasted good. Definitely versatile and easy to clean. My ONLY gripe is that it no longer has that 'steam escape hole' in the lid to prevent spillovers. WHY would they remove that feature? I bought it because he never bought me a new pan; we are now separated; and I destroyed my drip pans just covering things with foil. I’m lucky it’s just me now, as I bought it expecting it to be the same as the one I’d purchased in 2012. It cost $49.94 back in 2012, so not too much of a price difference. I still recommend this pan. It should help spillovers if I leave the lid tipped a little, but they need to bring back that steam-release hole. Nothing EVER boiled over when simmering with that hole in the lid, and food did not burn and stick. Great pan and brand.

Great Pan!

I love this pan. I’ve had the earlier version of it for years and it’s my go to pan for larger frying tasks. Our daughter messed op the older one while we were on vacation by scraping off the Teflon with a metal fork. That probably won’t be an issue with this new one because it uses a different, more durable nonstick surface. The high sides of this pan help minimize splatter. It’s not cheap but if you take care of it, it will last you a lifetime.

I just purchased this skillet and cannot evaluate the remaining items on the rating scale.

Just purchased this item. I have hand washed it, as instructed by the manufacturer, and it seems like an excellent choice. However, I have not used this skillet yet so cannot rate it on heat distribution or durability.

Great pan but don’t be fooled by the lifetime warranty.

Will not last a lifetime but great pan……keep away from high heat (use between low to medium heat) and it may last 3-4 yrs before having to replace it pending how it’s washed.

Best all ‘round pan!

Great for frying kebabs (does not need oil) and great for baking. This pan heats evenly and quickly (I use induction) and is very easy to clean. I wish I bought this in a larger size.

Great product. Works very nicely with low heat. Worth the money
