I’ve ordered 8 of these now and 4 were damaged

Really like the style of these knobs, but the finish quality is questionable. I have now ordered eight of these and four of them have arrived damaged. Even in the return exchange shipment one was damaged. It seems like they either have no quality control or just package them poorly, it could be a combination of both because half of them arrived wrapped in foam and the other half arrived without any foam. For the money, the quality should be higher. At this point, I have ordered these knobs three times now so I feel like I have reached the point where I am committed… I’ll have to report back in the future to see how they hold up in our bathroom!

Poor pkg. or poor paint - chipping

I love look however had to return first set due to coming chipped. I’m not sure what stage of production/shipping leads to this.
