Quality is aluminum and kinda light

It's not a bad product, but it won't last forever in the elements. Keep in mind it's great for under roofed.

Pros: good value, has a bucket for garbage Cons: too lightweight, had to use rocks to weigh it down or else it would have blown away, including the top ash tray

Makes a good present

Great solution to keep the cabin grounds clean!

I bought 4 of these for our river cabin. These are a good quality for a great price! I needed a trashcan / ashtray for each deck of our cabin. (Visitors haven't had the greatest track record of picking up behind themselves!) For our purposes, I sprayed down each can with rustoleum clear satin just to give them an extra buffer against the weather. I also attached a hook to one side of each of them to hold a litter box scooper so that I could keep sand in the top and scoop the cigarette butts. I can't say how well they will hold up. However, every year, I spray down chairs, tables, etc with clear rustoleum and that has held up well. They take a 4 gallon size trash bag.
