I was worried they would be cheap, but No they are not. These are built well. We had my sons 3/4 ton suburban on 4 of them and no movement. very happy with this prchase..

Missing parts

I was just victim of getting this with missing parts. The box look like it had some hard handling on it’s way my house. After assembly & great product. The hassle to return, the even wanted me pay for, I could purchase 1/2 the missing parts.

Missing Everything

Ordered two of the stands, both missing exactly the same parts, which were over half of the stuff. Basically all I received was the tripods legs, the tubes with adjustment holes, and most of the braces. I was missing all the bolts, the turn handles, lead screws, top plates, rubber pads, bearings, the triangular plates that attach the tripod legs, and the hitch pins that go through the adjustment tubes. Completely useless as received, I was hopeful I could at least take two and make one usable one as I needed them for job urgently, but not even that lucky. Going to try it one more time and return these and see if I can get all the parts this time. Otherwise seems like it would be a fairly decent part for the money ....... if you could actually get it in one piece. EDIT: Attempt number 3 and 4 did get better, I did end up with one whole stand, but the fourth stand was missing a leg out of it........ EDIT: Attempt #5 was just as bad as the first two, nearly half of the contents were missing, so I just took a leg out of it and sent the rest back so at least Id finally get the two stands I ordered. My advice is if you order and have to send one back don't send it back until you get the replacement because you'll probably have to piece two together to get one. Ridiculous it takes ordering 5 stands to get two whole ones.

Help - missing a piece

Hello, the 3 stands we ordered seem great, but one had a slightly open box during shipping and we’re missing this triangle piece in the photo for one of the stands. Could you send us the missing piece? Thanks!

Received this order a few months back and just now assembling them. I got two. One went together fine but the second one was incomplete. It was missing part #4,5,22 and 24. Attempting now to contact vendor for the missing parts.

Missing major parts.

I can handle missing bolts or washers with a trip to the hardware store, but this was missing one of the three legs and a mess of bolts. Going to have them replace it one time before I give up.
