A lot of reviews on this product are mixed, so here is an unbiased review of this product: it is exactly what I was expecting. Let's elaborate! (tl;dr at the end) Note: I purchased two of these boxes to store my Marvel Champions collection. DESCRIPTION One review states, "it shows it with dividers and they were not included". Well, the cards don't come with it either, why would you think that? The box DOES come with two row dividers, for a total of three rows, but not the tabbed dividers for cards. The box came just as it is pictured: black, roughly square, the white area on the flap to write on, and the magnetic flap. I wasn't, nor would I ever expect, the product to come with the cards or tabbed dividers—that's just absurd! QUALITY Another reviewer stated this is just a simple cardboard box and not worth the money. Not true! The box may contain cardboard yes, but it's rather sturdy. It's almost as if it's mixed with plastic or some other hard material. The coating on the box is semi-glossy to it feels like it has some structure to it. Overall, it's more than just your standard corrugated cardboard box. The magnetic flap works as intended and seals shut. Does this make it hermetically sealed? Not at all, but it's not weak either and the box stays shut. I like this better than tuck flaps on most cardboard boxes especially because I don't plan to lug my games around in these boxes so they are good for the shelf. The one thing I'm not a fan of is how the row dividers sit in the grooves. If the box is full they seem OK, but in one box I have two of the three rows filled. It may be due to the shape of the box, but one of the row dividers isn't as snug as I'd like so it pops out more than I'd like it to. VALUE At the current price of $19.99 I think these make GREAT replacement/consolidation boxes for most card games. If you have games with multiple expansions, this is a great, yet economical way to fit everything you need. Plus, you can label it however you feel necessary to identify it on the shelf. SPECS The boxes are roughly 12"x12" (they are slightly more but this is a good estimate) and work well to fit on most shelves. I needed boxes less than 13" and these are just what I needed. The box states they fit 1500 sleeved and 2800 unsleeved cards, but this is subjective. Most of the sleeves my cards are in are inner sleeves so they take up less space than most regular out sleeves. I did the math and realized I would fit more in this box than anticipated so that helped with my purchase. Also, it has a removable bottom to give you an extra (roughly) 3/8" of depth to the box. This is nice if you have taller dividers or want to add manuals and documents. OVERALL This is a good value for what you get and while this does not compare to a lot of storage solutions that are 2-3x the price, it is definitely worthwhile. tl;dr: Pros: - Great value for the price - Sturdy and well-made - Magnetic flap works as intended - Can remove bottom to add more depth to the box - Great for consolidating base game and expansions (e.g., Marvel Champions, Arkham Horror, Dominion) Cons - The row divider on one of my boxes isn't as snug as I'd like it Thanks for reading!
