Good chair
It's a good chair, has a good range of height, a pretty good lean and is comfortable enough. The only complaint I have are the arm get a little loose and I find myself having to retighten the bolts on the bottom. Not the end of the world as I hardly use them and them being a little wobbly doesn't affect my ability to do anything.

Comfortable
This isn't really good for heavy people. The arms need to be held on by more than plastic, as one is already ripping off after less than two years. I've also already had to replace the cylinder, even though I thoroughly researched to find an appropriate weight capacity. Spend more $, buy better.

Cheaply made/Updated
Can't get the back section to not wobble despite having bolts as tight as they can go, head pillow came with some sort of sharpie writing on it with a number and inspector signature or something I cant seem to remove all the way. The wheel pictures give you the impression they are spoked red when in reality its just a cover over a solid piece of plastic. There are side plastic covers over the corners that go through a piece of metal and the end of it is pointed right into the chair fabric meaning that over time it will rub a hole into it. Shipping was horrendously slow, I would have paid extra to not ship FedEx. I did enjoy the red color scheme more than I thought I would and the bottom seat is large and comfy with enough room to sit cross legged. Seller contacted me and made things right, great customer service

Back rest twisted and bulge on left side
Update: Even though I had bad luck with the chair I received, I want to point out that the customer service there is amazing. They replied back in less than 24 hours and have helped resolve my issue. Thank you guys! I bought this chair for the good reviews and weight capacity. I’m 310lbs under the 380lbs max it claims. The back rest has very noticeably twisted where the left side is leaning back more then the right side and has become very uncomfortable to sit back in. You can see the bulges in the pics and that the braces for the back rest are not at the same angle. Seat part of the chair is sturdy but a little uncomfortable for those with larger thighs.

If your a heavy set guy like myself becareful how you use this chair
Biggest reason I purchased this chair was because I needed something sharp that could support my weight. It did that for about 5 months before something snapped while I was leaning into it. I always did my best to be careful when sitting and moving in it. After a while I got comfortable enough thinking it could support a little more abuse, again I wasn't jumping into it or trashing around, the most I was doing was leaning while sitting in it for many hours on end. I'm guessing that was too much for it and as mentioned before it only lasted 5 months before giving up. It was today that I opened it to see why it wasn't supporting in the back anymore, barely at all and then it seems the bracket that holds the back snapped off the wielding along with bending the frame somewhat. As for someone who's more healthy on their weight then I completely suggest this chair. It's simple to assemble, comfortable on the back and rear end, certainly stylish and also not draining your wallet. Especially if you take care of it, i.e. keeping the bolts tight, checking them frequently depending on how much you use it. The only take away from the starts is the durability, but I don't completely blame the company in the end. I loved this chair while I had it! Just wish it had at least lasted me a year.

Comfortable
Before I start this, for all the Pewdiepie fans looking for a somewhat inexpensive chair that leans back as far as his does: yes, it does do this. It goes a little further back too. Anyways, I got this because my previous gaming chair had broken. I ended up getting this during a sale, and when there was coupon available, so my payment price was almost cut in half. Just down, I will list pros and cons. Pros: - Comfortable - Fairly easy to put the chair together - sturdy (I weigh about 275 lbs, most of which is muscle and bone) - Quick delivery - Fairly priced for a good, reliable chair - Package had handles on the side Cons: - Delivered by FedEx

Update - Positive Customer Service - (Deceptive Description of Chair - NOT a big and tall chair)
Update - although I do not believe the chair was as advertised the seller worked to provide excellent customer service, because of that changed the rating to 3 stars. ---------------------- Deceptive description of chair. My issue is this product is listed as a big and tall chair and the minimum dimensions make it the same size of normal chairs. Dimensions given of the product are the largest but the minimum dimensions are not given. Example the seat is 22" wide at the front but the back of the seat is only 18" wide and that dimension is NOT listed. Additionally the narrowest part of the back of the chair is 14" - those sides dig into your back when you rest against it - they should conform to your body and this does not for a big and tall chair. This product is listed as a "Big and Tall chair" the minimum dimensions of the product make it the same as regular chairs. Knowing the minimum dimensions of the chair and the back I would have looked at a true big and tall chair. On top of those issue the chair wobbles side to side is not solid and has a permanent tilt forward making you feel like you are leaning forward or sliding out of the chair, and it has only been used for 2 days now. Very disappointed with the overall quality and price of this product.

Decent but didn't have the longevity I would have hoped for (Updated)
(Update 09/02/2021) I gotta give props to the company they reached out to me, offered to replace the whole chair. And within 2 days of the review, I am sitting on the chair again. Really happy with the product and happy with the company. Other companies should take note, if you stand behind your product and help your customers out they will love it despite the initial defect. The chair is comfortable enough and it lasted 1 year and 2 months. Open up the chair and it looks like one of the wields popped on a support. I am under the weight limit at 280 so 70-ish ibs under the limit. So pretty annoyed as I liked this chair.
