bolt feels flimsy

Easy to install, works great with Apple HomeKit. Elegant looks. Bad thing about it? They send me the version with a key... So I checked out the tumbler, hoping that since it is by Yale, the tumbler would be relatively pick-proof. Alas, it is a mere five-pin tumbler. A 5-minute job for the average person with a lock pick. And a "Welcome Home" mat for any would-be burglar. I had to replace the tumbler. Once I fixed that. I realised the deadbolt "rocks" in its enclosure. Again, not what I would expect from a Yale.

Doesn't fit older doors

What a beautiful lock. What a shame that it doesn't fit doors with 3 inch centers between the deadbolt hole and the doorknob hole, which used to be standard. Back it goes.

Works well so far

Had lock for a couple of weeks and works well so far. A bit expensive..Would upgrade to 5 star rating if/when Apple Home key is supported.

No response to support request email

Update: Yale support via phone call walked me through the process now works as it should, as expected from a known good brand product. It wasn’t a easy setup and I failed at it twice before calling I wouldn’t recommend Yale support email. I started there and never received a reply, even yet and that was 4 weeks ago

Support is a joke.

I assume this lock is a fine product, but I have no idea given how terrible their support is. I bought a drive-in deadbolt for the lock from the Yale website at the same time as I bought this lock. The website said it would ship within 72 hours, and I paid for one-day shipping. A month later I had to return the lock as the deadbolt still hasn’t shipped. Their support never answered the phone, never returned a call, never responded to emails. I had to return the lock given their absolute refusal to respond to anything. The lock probably works fine, but if you need absolutely anything from the company itself, you won’t receive it. I’ve never experienced support this bad from any company before.

Seems good, but not working

Installed the lock. Installed the app. Mostly worked, but won't calibrate. Struggling to get any support since the product is not available through Yale Australia.

Nice lock - works well for me

Easy to install, was a retrofit for dead bolt, plays well with our apple devices. Will look to get one more but will need to save up for that.

AMAZING Lock

Fairly easy to install, you just have to take your time, I watched some YouTube tutorials prior to commencing, to my amazement it installed perfectly and once I loaded it into Apple HomeKit I now really enjoy the locks amazing features
