Ugh this is so frustrating

I love this bookshelf and just ordered another one. I don’t remember taking any stickers off of my first one but this one came with the sticker that just won’t come off. This is such an eye sore and makes me so upset.

Books can slide through back slats

Packaging was great and the finish of the piece was nice. All parts received for a simple construction in under 20 minutes. Delivered in excellent condition. Sturdy but will anchor to the wall as a precaution. This would be a 5-star review if smaller books didn’t slip through the back slats so easily. For a toddler this will be a problem. I am considering stapling a piece of fabric to the back of the shelves to prevent this. Would also appreciate wood plugs to conceal exposed screws on sides, but not a deal breaker. Would make it more worth the cost with this nice finishing detail.

Sturdy and attractive!

The assembly instructions were very spare but it was easy enough to put together. The unit is solid wood, feels sturdy, and doesn’t look cheap.

My sisters are sooo impressed!

I am not a "carpenter - lady" but I was able to assemble this bookcase by myself! It looks stunning and is very sturdy. My eyes aren't the best so having pictures of how to put it together was easier for me than long drawn out explanations. I marked - with my post-its - each piece of wood with its alphabetic letter (from the picture.) I assembled it using the sketches and the funky screwdriver that came in the box and my kitchen table and my wheelchair. I am so proud of myself and applaud the Winsome Juliet company for crafting a wonderful product for the money!

Solid little shelf

Solid little bookshelf that was well-packaged and went together easily. There were minor imperfections in the alignment that did not affect the final constructed product. The bottom shelf fits books up to 10.5" tall regardless of width. Because of the topmost shelf, the upper shelf is limited to just under 9" for wider books (e.g. children's books), but narrower books can be taller. Small books (again, kids' books) can slip and fall down the back if they're very short or light, and shouldn't be set near the sides.

Sturdy and goot bookshelf for corner of a room. However smaller and thinner books will easily fall through of course.

Easy to assemble and holds lots of books

Easy to assemble and holds lots of books. A bit smaller then I thought based on the thumbnail, so read the specific size details when ordering. Was sufficiently sized for my kids bedrooms. I put these beside each of their beds so they will always have good books on hand. They fit many different sized books and even larger hardcover books.
