Winco availability policy

Nice product. Unfortunately, Winco will not allow more that 5 of these platters to EVER be ordered by the same customer. Sorta useless policy if you wish to gift a family of six. Tried a work-around, but they cancelled the order. Suggest not buying this product in ANY quantity. Bob W. Update. Waited a week and was able to gift another relative family with this item. Reflects awkward company policy on purchases, but recipients seem happy in spite of delay. Shop with patience. Four star.

Totally worth it

Holds the heat really well. Two fit side by side in an Ooni pizza oven so I use them for 900* steaks, etc. they have a nom-stick surface and haven’t had them long enough to gauge durability. But have already bought a second set

Nicely heavy weight but rather smaller than I expected

Nicely heavy weight but rather smaller than I expected.. Fitting a decent size T-Bone is a struggle on it, but trimmed cut of Ribeye, no problem.... The cast iron really holds it's heat !! Really night and day over the aluminum ones I had been using... I give it 4 out of 5 thumbs up, the 1 thumb down being less versatile due to size...

Not easy to SEASON

I have tried repeatedly to clean and properly season these platters. There is some type of coating on them, and the coating will not remove, so they can be properly seasoned. I have 9 different pieces of cast iron, and know how to clean and season, and these will not take. Any seasoning you try to apply crusts on the surfaces and flakes off onto the food. The build quality seems to be good, the handles and wood carrier are nice, it is just the platter itself. . I may have gotten a a bad cast but i have not had any luck with this product and hence WILL NOT recommend.

Works to expectation. Cleans easy. I have lodge cast iron too and quality is compatible. So far so good

Keeps your food sizzl’n hot!!

We absolutely love our Winco cast iron steak platter. We had to buy more so each family member had one. They are perfect to keep that perfect dish sizzl’n hot!!

Winco ISP-3 Cast Iron Platter

Winco ISP-3 Cast Iron Steak Platter with Wood Underline and Gripper,Black,Med is a one-of-a-kind cast iron platter and I'm happy I bought it. It serves the purpose of maintaining heat of the food and with the handle, it's easy to put it in the table without getting burned. Good buy!
