cheap, but worked
the machining is so shoddy that i was afraid it wouldnt fit. but i eventually got it to slide in, I used a bit of grease to make it an easier transition. that helped. This is a decent enough product. the screws were short so they barely fit around my bar. and it is heavy i added a lot of extra weight so when I ride solo i want to take the whole thing off so thats kinda anoying but not that big of a deal. Overall im happy. Pros Works, feels sturdy. cons feels poorly machined and was not an easy fit but eventually did. heavy.

Fits Trek Mountain Tram tow behind bike
This item fits my trek mountain tram tow behind bike. Wish there was some spacer material to protect the seat post but that was easy enough to find separately.

It works
It dies what it’s supposed to do, just clamps under the adults seat. It’s not very sturdy though in the sense that it easily rotates. There’s really no way to get it tight enough, what it needs is some kind of rubbery lining on the inside of the clamp to be able to grip the adults bike seat post.

Works when riding in a straight line but around turns is where this thing fails
Bought a used weeride co pilot bike without the hitch I'm not sure if the original one is of the same material but this one is made of aluminum. Where it bolts onto the seat post it comes with a rubber spacer but even when tightening I can tighten it until the bolt stops but the copilot will over come the attachment and move side to side. If it were a steel hitch, I'm positive it would be different.

Does the job
As described. A bit of rust on the inside of the tube which I sand papered off and it would have been nice to have been supplied with some rubber to protect the seat post when clamping on hence 4/5 stars.

Perfect fit for a Viking Tag along
Arrived a day earlier than expected and was a perfect fit for my Viking Tag along (not made by Weeride). No adjustments were necessary, it just clamps onto the seat post of the bike with 4 allen key bolts and the Viking slots in to the hitch, locking in place with the quick release bolt.

Kayak tow bar receiver
I bought the Wee Co-pilot hitch receiver to attach to my bike seat so I can mount a 1 inch square aluminum tube kayak tow bar that I made to tow my kayak behind my bike. I put the kayak on a portage cart, mounted a eyebolt on the front of the kayak and using a carabiner hooked the kayak to the tow bar. Pulling the kayak went extremely well thanks to the Wee Co-pilot hitch receiver. It was the perfect setup for my DIY kayak tow assembly and would recommend fellow kayakers and cyclists to buy this product and the square aluminum tube to rig the tow assembly.
