It’s work well 40v battery trimmer.

Fast delivery , easy winding on spool, cut weeds fast, bounce back when hit obstacles, low price high cv and saved me trip to home depot or Walmart.

As an amateur taking care of his yard: you need this

I have a 40V brushless ryobi strimmer and until now I used the 'normal' wire. Putting this on, oh golly. Brush just vanishes from my path. Even the infinite number of tiny maples and Chinese elm shoots cut like straw. I don't know if I can ever go back.

Diameter of a square

so this is a square line.... and lets just say my experience level with trimmer lines is next to zero so keep that in mind as you're reading this... if you are more experienced keep reading for a laugh. I knew I needed to purchase line to replenish my new craftsman trimmer because due to the economy I can no longer kick back and pay someone $25-$40 biweekly for something that I can do (in theory) with supplies for the year that are worth about the same as roughly 2-3 months of paying someone. Anyway I'm purchasing this like the same day I got the trimmer because I figured I can just add more line to the same spool it came with... this is either false or I have the wrong shape line or a wonky spool. The spool came with some cheap cylindrical line that barely cut part of my front yard before it was done for, and trying to put a square shaped line into a hole made for a cylinder was impossible. I made due bc I bought it but it wasn't easy. I'm guessing the diameter measurement is from the center to one of the edges vs the center to a corner bc otherwise it coulda fit. **insert Julia Roberts math gif/meme**. I also didn't know it was a square the first picture I assumed it was an octagon type of shape (I only looked at the red and ignored the big square shape surrounding it) my fault but overall once I made it work the line cut well as expected, it got a little hot/melted/tangled but I'm also assuming that was bc of my creative use of the line and the perimeter of my yard is quite big even if im just doing edges my machine heats up significantly. overall good line, due to my inexperience I had a few hiccups but nothing major

Broke very easy when trimming against concrete sidewalk. Had to respool frequently. Sometimes melted together inside spool and had to pull apart before it would self feed. You get what you pay for.

a little tight in my Ryobi

it worked well, but using the correct amount in my Ryobi was too full.. didn't last longer than the Ryobi line.

Should have got this much much sooner.

This line saved my trimmer from ending in the dumpster. The green weed whacker brand name line that came with the trimmer was so bad that the grass broke the line more than the line cutting the grass. Should have got this much sooner and saved my self a whole lot of trouble.

Cuts well

This product cuts well, however seems to.wear down quicker than expected. I do not brush the trimmer near rocks, dirt or concrete and it seem, like I'm constantly feeding new line to keep my machine effective

Gets stuck

Gets stuck inside spool, so once it gets short on outside it curls up and you have to open up spool. Waste of money
