Love it
I love them in my stairs. They have lasted 3 plus years and now I am buying them again since some of them need to be replaced

Easy to apply
I am very happy with the way my stairs turned out. I needed to cover very ugly, never finished stair rises. Sanded, 2 coats of paint, and then these stair “stickers” 4 weeks later. Repositioning was easy, as the adhesive is not super sticky. I got roughly 3 stair rises from each package.

What a look!
Overall I’m very happy with these riser decals! We repainted our stairs and thought these would add that extra kick we wanted. Which as you can see they did. We searched and found these, which were the right height as our risers. We ordered 5 packages and got about 4-5 risers per package. Using these I learned it’s best to start on one side of the riser and work your way to the side. Also to use a sturdy soft sided card. I luckily had one from vinyl wrap I used for my car, but you can substitute with a a hard card and a thin towel to squeeze them flat and get rid of any unwanted bubbles. Also buy an exaco knife to cut away any excess. I’ll update this review down the line to see how they’re holding up but for the price and the look I would buy them again.

This take a couple steps before you get the hang of it.
This is basically the same as contact paper. The hardest part is getting the first part on each step. Once you get the first corner on, it's pretty easy to lay on the rest. I just used a credit card to smooth out air bubbles. If you don't get the edges straight then the rest will go on at an angle and will cause creases in the paper. Overall for the price and time spent, it was well worth it. I love the look.

So far so good!
I got these to put on our small fireplace until we get a chance to replace the boring beige tile. These were narrower than the regular stick on tiles, so they were a better fit for us. I cut them to length, applied, then trimmed the excess overhang. One package was just enough to do ours. Easy to apply and they stuck well even with a bit of repositioning. Are these fire safe? I’m not sure. If you use your fireplace often I’d recommend doing some research. We don’t really use ours so I’m not too worried.

Loved the pattern
I picked these stair stickers based on the pattern. I loved that the grey is distressed and it’s a bit more subtle. It’s cheaper than Etsy but honestly if you can find contact paper from Walmart in a pattern you like go with that. It’s about $6. You are paying for the fact that these are already cut to the width you need but it is literally just regular contact paper. I needed 4 rolls for 14 stairs so Still a pricey project. If they don’t last I’ll definitely be getting a cheap roll of contact paper instead.

Attractive & Easy to Install BUT thin and tear easily
I ordered 3, hoping this would be enough to complete the 12 white painted stairs to my finished attic. My stairs must be wider than standard as there wasn't enough to do all 12. I improvised by cutting out the various shapes within the pattern and then applied them on the top stair. It ended up looking really good! This decal is very easy to apply and looks great! The problem is this: my handyman was wearing work boots (steel-toed perhaps?) and when he walked up the stairs, his boots ripped the decal on two of the stairs. I repaired the tears and applied "Mod Podge" over each decaled riser; I hope this clear, hard coating will strengthen and protect the decals, because they are lovely!

Simple DIY
Very happy with how this came out! My house was built in the 1930s so it needed something new and modern to make it look better and this was perfect. I have 12 stairs and I got 3 packs of these and I roughly 1 stair strip left over by the time I was done. Easy to peel off if you made a mistake but they adhere to the stairs great and doesn’t seem like it will peel anytime soon but who knows how it will hold up in the future. Great simple cheap fix for now!

Love these - easy do it yourself project
I think my updated stair risers look great! They were getting scuffed up and needed some help. I decided to try these decals out instead of painting and I'm so glad that I did. I measured every step before cutting. Then, before peeling off the backing, I put the cut piece up against the riser to make sure it was okay. It took some fiddling and adjusting to apply but it was easily moved. I got faster/better at it with each step. It took a couple of hours to do 11 steps. One warning - when peeling off the backing, don't let the decal stick to itself - it's very hard to pry apart! If I do it again, I'm going to go for a more bold/colourful pattern but I would recommend these to anyone.

Love this and recommend it highly!
I love this stuff! I have a back split and no matter how many times I painted the stairs it always scuffed and looked bad! This paper is subtle but nice and i get compliments on it anytime someone comes over! It’s also easy to install! I’d suggest if you have a child and or a husband to get an extra roll however as they already knicked a spot in mine racing hot wheels down the stairs....

Good quality. Easy to install. Worth it.
Not the best pattern. Didn't meet the colour palette I wanted although it was true to the photo, but quality was good and price was the best I could find after an extensive search. Used it for my stairs. Easy to install. Used 4.boxes for 18 stair risers.

A quick DIY that looks amazing!!!
I am very happy with my purchase! The decals were easy to use and I had enough to cover all 4 of my stairs with a few inches left to spare. I highly recommend this product!!
