Comes packaged well and the leather is pretty hard. Loosen it up by putting some heavy textbooks inside the bag and hang it on a door for a few hours. Worked like a charm. I love Visconti products, and own a few things of theres. Great quality leather and a good looking product!

High quality leather.

This is my 4th Visconti product and their quality is top notch. I've been using one of their computer bags for a few years and it wears very nicely and gets the distressed look over time. The previous review said it was too stiff but it gets softer with time.

Seems like it could relax over time

Leather is very stiff, came wrinkled from being compressed while shipping. For the price I expected the leather to be more supple. Seems like it could relax over time, but if you're going to spend the money, I would just go with Claire Chase; their quality is impeccable.
