Magnetic edged foam block dart holders

These magnetic dart holders did effectively hold a set of 3 darts in each holder and it magnetically stuck to the side of our standard dart board. In our case, the holder is much thicker than our dart board, so the holders stick out around 0.5". They seem to stick to the dart board, but the big size makes them easy to knock off the board. The holder is a block of foam that darts will be pushed into. There are no predrillled holes or anything to just slide them in. I am concerned this foam will become torn up quickly as darts are placed in it. It does make for a nice quick setup that could easily be carried to an event . It isn't nearly as nice as more pricey predrillled wood dart storage racks, but it is likely sufficient for light/causal use or for travel.

Works With a Dart Board with Metal Rim

Thought my board had metal rim. No it doesn’t. So the dart holder goes on each side of board and can hold two sets of darts, one set per side. Magnets keep the dart holders in place. Darts go easily into the foam type material keeping darts from getting lost. Four Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !!

Solid Idea, So-So Execution

These dart holsters are a great idea: easily detachable and re-attachable access to your darts effortlessly. They hold the darts well, and the magnets hold them tight to my Viper Shot King dartboard. The problem? Right out of the box, one of the holster's magnetic strips was already starting to peel off of the foam. Great design idea that works well, but needs better adhesive to hold the magnetic strips attached.

A great idea, but needs some help. Two small pieces of electrical tape will help with longevity

These are foam with magnets attached to the side. They do the job, but eventually the foam will rip as darts are put in and out of it. A small piece of electrical tape over the top will help slow this from happening, and it blends into the foam relatively well.

Needs stronger magnets.

First: if you have a Viper brand or other brand surround these dart holders won’t work. So, only try these if you haven’t spent much money on other Viper board accessories. Second: if you have a board without a Viper brand or other brand surround will find that these don’t hold very well. Viper, was there actually a large demand for a product like this?

These were easy to set-up and work great

So easy and gives our basement set-up a professional feel. So much better than the corkboard I was using!!!
