Apple Syrup?

Smells like syrup instead of apple cinnamon…

It’s ok. weak scent.

I usually stick with the Balsam Fir or Mulled Cider as they are always fragrant to the last bit. Decided to switch it up and regret doing so. It smells nice up close to your nose but doesn’t fill the entire room with the scent. You pretty much have to be right next to it in order to smell it and often times I forget it’s even still lit. Let’s be honest with candles you’re literally burning money away so make sure you get one that will at least make your entire house smell good vs a small radius!

Received damaged

Glass jar received shattered. I was able to get the candle out of the jar and will use a candle holder I have because I love the fragrance. I will not be returning the candle and spending $8 to do so.

Good smelling

Nice smelling cinnamon apple candle, not quite as strong as the Yankee Candle cinnamon apple candle but still good.

Cozy scent… even after you blow it out!

I got this candle wanting a yankee candle quality scent but am also doing home reno and try to save a few bucks whenever I can. I’ve never used this brand but thought I’d give it a try… so glad I did. I had the candle lit for maybe 3 hours this morning, by the time I got home from a full work day, the scent was still noticeable. Not significantly cheaper than yankee candle but every bit counts :) it’s also pretty slow burning from what I can tell so far. A very cozy, high quality scent for fall!

thought it would be bigger

long lasting fragrance

This candle smells wonderful and the fragrance goes on for hours after the candle is put out. Also the candle lasts for a lot of hours, maybe not quite 105 hours but then it does say "up to". Would definitely recommend this brand among scented candles.

I've heard great things about Village Candles compared to Yankee

I've heard great things about Village Candles compared to Yankee. Pros: two wicks seem to be much more efficient at burning all the wax in the jar (something Yankee candle jars never really did) and the initial smell is very strong and permeating around the house well. It's the great quality you'd expect from this brand. Cons: this is a very sweet fragrance. I'd previously gone with Yankee Apple & Spice as it still gave a crisp apple smell with subtle warm undertones of cinnamon. This has very little apple fragrance and is almost completely overwhelmed by a toffee/fudge/spice. Not really a huge amount of cinnamon either. I don't have this candle lit for long periods of time as it gets quite sickly very quickly. A real shame.

This has to be one of my favourite candles from Village Candles! Lovely smell this is the 2nd one I've bought and I just love it!! Definitely one for Xmas but I like it so much it will be a regular one thoughout the year
